Completely unprofessional. Incomplete work. Child support informed me my paperwork was done incorrectly, I called Mr.Jones to have him fix it the ethical way and he refused. I am now paying a new lawyer to do it again. New representation has been amazing and child support office has been very knowledgeable and kind. Nate Jones yelled at me and refused to make his work right after I paid him to do a job. Nate did not follow through with my case the way he should of professionally handled it. Very disappointed, when you chose a lawyer to handle your hardship you expect them to know the law and do everything they can do to protect you in your individual stituation. Nate Jones took my money and did not follow through with his word to my case or his dignity to the law of which he represents.

His support staff is inept when it comes to discerning any conflicts of interests so they just book the new client anyway. Further, if you want to spend money on lawyer fees, Mr. Jones will do excess work to bill you and take your money. His professional ethics are questionable. My recommendation is not to call nor have his office represent you. Dennis Albright has passed away and was a good man and excellent attorney but Nathan Jones falls very short of ethics. Hes interested in your dollars and that is all.
