I had a lot of questions about my visa status. The lawyer I had a consultation with answered all of my inquiries with care, respect and gave me solid advice. We had a 30 minute session planned and despite the fact that I had 5-6 questions and needed additional clarifications, we were pretty much done in 15 minutes because of how efficiently my lawyer communicated with me and made sure to give in-depth but clear answers. I felt confident I was speaking to someone who knew what they were doing.

The law firm here at ALG lawyers in my experience over the last 2 years has been very reliable. I’ve been putting off applying for something to help me find work legally for a long time. Super easy to deal with. Attorney Kim and his assistant were very helpful throughout the entire time. I must’ve emailed him about a hundred times and he answered each time. I corresponded mostly in emails because it’s easier to have everything in writing. For the most part, all my emails were responded to usually the same day or next. Plus I don’t live nearby. My friend referred him to me from Los Angeles. He would usually email or mail me the documents I needed to sign. It was all done very quickly without problems. My experience with ALG Lawyers was very good.Although I only needed to travel document because I’m planning to work overseas for a couple years but wanted an attorney to help me anyway.I know it’s easy to do but just didn’t want to bother with the applications myself.Plus I didn’t want to risk my residency for a little help with a fee.I received it within time promised and also some good legal advice along the way.I’ll probably head back here when it’s time to become a citizen.Rates seem reasonable, definitely not out of reach.Most important was the travel permit and that I got it. Like most people who come and out of this country, Im always on the move. The states is just one of my stops where I need to place my business temporarily. I know the government has been more strict about making sure your workers have their paperwork in order so I was prompted to have everyone that works for me go and get themselves help. A good place to get legal help. I did quite a bit of digging and decided to see a few immigration lawyers in my neighborhood. I wasn’t even sure if a lawyer was needed for our case because I thought it was an easy marriage process.After speaking to a few people and friends who went thru this process before, I think I’ll need professional help with it. Long story made short I initially came to this country to study. After spending a few years here I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I went to see this immigration lawyer Mr Kim and he was the one to help me apply for my work permit and residency. I had to find my own employer but received my work permit. Now we’re working on my residency. He and the law firm have been doing great and I appreciate it.
I started my business last year and needed help in setting up and file the right paperwork with the city and uscis so I can be here to run it. I had a very informative meeting with Mr. Kim. I was in a bit of a pickle needing some sort of at least temporary solution to my problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect when walking into a law office for immigration. Most people dread having to see a lawyer. Didn’t think I’d ever had to do it but then again life is full of little surprises. You meet new people and do new things and suddenly you need an immigration lawyer. Anyway, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Definitely has a personal feel to it because everything is done so quickly and you don’t just feel like another client. Responses to questions, resolving issues and basic professionalism were all there at this firm. most of the time was waiting for something to happen on your application but it was nice to have somewhere to go for real answers instead of jumping on my phone to see what the internet has to say. I would end up doubting myself anyway and eventually call my immigration lawyer for help. Like what others said and what was told to me by my lawyer, much was done over email and phone and I didn’t have to drive in stinking LA traffic to get something done. ALG met my expectations. My case was done on time as promised, I was given a thorough explanation of everything and no smoke and mirrors. My questions were answered quickly and they were more than happy to work with the government on my behalf. Im not sure what else I can say but Im more than happy to say something positive about them here.
All went as planned in helping my brother come over from the motherland. Couldn’t be happier with the service and results of his case. My questions were answered promptly and anything needing attention was handled quickly. Mr. Kim was helpful and oversaw the entire process from start to finish. If anything was wrong, he was quick to point it out and give me an explanation of the benefits and consequences. This gave me peace of mind which was invaluable to me and my brother. I told them that i would be limited on time when i spoke with them on the phone. i only had my lunch break to have our consultation since they said they could not see us after i got off work it would be too late. we arrived a little early hoping they could see me early, but they said their head attorney had not arrived yet. we waited almost an hour and a half and did not see anyone. the place was empty and now i know why. we will be going somewhere else. sorry, but you wasted a lot of our time and caused conflict at my job when i got back. i am very displeased with this service. they even wanted to charge me for this first meeting. now i am glad they were late. it would have been a huge mistake to hire them.
I wanted to start my own business selling beauty products from my home country but I wasnt allowed to work as a tourist. I called this office and met with Mr. Kim who was so helpful from the beginning. He helped me with my E2 visa so I can own finally work for myself! Thank you so much! !

After reading the reviews I thought they were legitimate, but after what happened to us I reread them and can tell that they pay their employees to write fake reviews. My mother never got to see her grandbaby be born. These fraudulent attorneys gave us every excuse they could think of. They have a nice office that over looks the city, but thats what tricks you into thinking these guys can get the job done. They are extremely overpriced and they set you up on a payment plan stalling you up till they get their $5,000 acting like they will get off their butts and do something once they get their last check, but did anything change once they got all their money? Nope, they got even more lazy and every call or email took at least 3 or 4 attempts to get a response and they always had an excuse, it went to their spam email, or they were on vacation, or they have the wrong phone number. This place is a scam. Now I have to shop lawyers to get my money back from these scammers, and I am sure I will win my money back and punitive damages. Its time to stand up to these scammers!!!!
