I had such a positive experience. Estate Planning is so important at any age. It was wonderful to be able to have a one-on-one meeting with Dawn Allenby to go over my options and to help me narrow down what I needed for my particular situation. Thinking about preparing a Will/Trust was scary for me. I was supported throughout the entire process and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Dawn was professional and yet very personal in helping me get my legal documents in order. Even though it was and end of life type project, it was a very positive experience which left me feeling that I had made excellent arrangements for my heirs.

Dawn is extremely knowledgeable in preparing Trusts and Wills. She is very thorough going through every aspect of creating the Trust in a comprehensive 2 hour initial meeting. She then follows up with clear next steps and continues to follow up before the signing, which was done at our home with a very experienced notary, and after with the final steps of funding your Trust. She provides you a portal where everything is stored and can be updated as needed. She is not a one and done Trust Attorney as she recommends annually checking in and then also 3 years out doing an in-depth review as life changes as well as the governing rules around Trusts. We even set up a Pet Trust for our two beloved dogs! Who knew! She is your go to Attorney for your Trust!

This year I promised my father Id get my trust and well done, as we discussed the importance of protecting your family and their future. At first, the task seemed pretty daunting, however, I am so happy we found Dawn.Dawn put together our estate plan, including our wills, trust, and powers of attorney for both financial matters and health care. We have kids a little later than most, so having a children protection plan was such an awesome service, and really felt like our wishes and values would be included in the plan, not just a DIY cookie-cutter approach.Dawn made the experience easy with her well-planned process and guided us through tough and thoughtful conversations that are necessary for a comprehensive life plan. I need some cues to stay on track, and her follow thru and attention to detail were superb. Ms. Allenby provided special care by coming to our home and sitting down with us. She was quick and efficient and answered all our questions. She reviewed all our documents, updated them where needed and put everything in complete order. Bob and I are totally satisfied with her work.
