The very worst experience with this attorney and the firm. The paralegal or what ever Donna was would never allow me to speak to my Ashley at all when I had questions about my case. I then said if my calls were not returned I would be more than happy to come wait in the office so I could exercise my rights as a client of this firm and speak to Ashley. I then got a phone call stating they were withdrawing as my attorney and there would be an attorney lien on my claim. They made me do all the footwork and then they with draw and still want to be paid? WOW!!! If you’re ever in a crash or anything else… never call this firm. Read all the yelp and reviews on how horrible they are. Wish I would have.

I was in my very first accident the Friday before Memorial day. Leah, was the first & very fast to contact me (Over the weekend & a HOLIDAY WEEKEND AT THAT) Barbara helped me a lot with a lot of things and was always there to answer my questions or to call for me when I was unsure of myself, Sam was wonderful and gave helpful advice in the beginning before Barbara took over my case, and Ashleys Law firm was absolutely AMAZING she could NOT have picked better employees. Everyone who works here is an absolute pleasure to work with. They made sure I was okay, and helped me with everything. They referred me to a place that really helped with my pain management, and helped me to feel a lot better. They really are amazing people who work here, they even call frequently to check to see how I am doing. If your in an accident and arent sure what to do, call them. They know what they are doing. Dont talk to the insurance company at all just CALL THEM, or visit their webpage. Im going to miss my weekly conversations with them. Thanks for all that youve done for me and my family, I know that if my family, friends or myself are ever in an accident, youll be our first call! It took other companies with the same amount of advertisement a week to get back to me, by that time I had signed a contract with Ashleys law firm, and had already started treatment, and was started to get things accomplished with the insurance company for my vehicle. When their slogan says In a crash call Ash they mean it! If youve been in an accident, I urge you to call them, they are passionate about what they do, and helping people.

I never imagined needing an injury lawyer for myself, let alone getting hit and run by some nameless swine. First time for everything I guess...first time for an ambulance ride...waking up in an ER...getting epidurals, chest tube and ketamine...and finally waking up in the trauma ward in a tremendous amount of pain and suffering. Hours and days were a blur with painkiller pills and IVs, and in the back of my mind, I dreaded thinking about how (and (more importantly when) I was going to able to work and pay my bills.Thankfully a family friend knew and recommended Ashley herself. I couldnt have lucked out more. She knew exactly what to do for me in my situation. These guys did EVERYTHING I needed! Due to the injuries from the car accident, I was in the hospital for about a week, but they made sure to come straight to my hospital room to get business started 20 minutes after I initially called. Service was fast. Slight bumps in the road but they smoothed those over easy and as best they could! Case was settled faster than most serious cases and THAT was awesome! They were persistent in all ways. Aleks Zavala handled my case with perseverance to see it through. Also the front desk staff was always friendly! The whole team will leave you with no regrets.

They did an amazing job helping me with my daughters dog bite case, We went to them the week before Memorial Day and the case was completed by the middle of September. Communication was absolutely terrible and then once my case settled they give me a check to a bank Ive never heard of located here in Roseville when I get to the bank they want to charge me 2% to cash the check that theyre supposed to honor that was my last straw just bad business PNC Bank of Roseville
