2021-12-03 20:23:20I personally have never met a more professional appellate lawyer than Gerald. His level of competence, professionalism, and honesty towards us was above and beyond. Appeals are a very tough and risky process, but having an attorney that is knowledgeable and willing to give it his or her all, will be enough to let you sleep better at night. I highly recommend Gerald to anyone that is in need of a competent appellate lawyer. Thank you for your assistance with our case.

2018-10-11 14:36:32Mr. Serlin handled my appellate case and it goes without saying they were my only hope against extreme odds. They were very humble in there approach, didnt make any outlandish claims and handled my appeal. Very straight forward. Wish I had these guys as trial counsel in the first place. I credit our success for my group on the shoulders of them. Jerry brought a very unique outside of the box angle forward. Thankfully the panel viewed claims as the lower court and I have fewer grey hairs! Need appellate lawyers? Go here. You wont regret it.

2020-04-28 23:23:12If I could give a 0, I would Stay away from Gerald Serlin. He will take your money and rob you. I had a non-appealable appeal in which he told me he needs $25.000 but it wouldnt be near that amount. Of course the Supreme Court rejected the appeal since it was not worthy or could be appealed. Gerald Serlin then gave me a bill for an addition about for $50,000 more totally $75,000. Highway robbery. I am reporting him to the State Bar. I will NEVER have my ex husband pay this thief. I now have a great appealate lawyer for a huge appeal and he is charging me a flat rate of $5,000. Where does this guy Serlin think he can rip off clients. I never had to do an appeal before him, so I was not aware of a $25,000 retainer that was just to be put in a trust as a cap but then to be charged an additiona; $50.000 for a non-appealable appeal, Stay away.
