In my experience, Mayfield and Bustarde are top professionals in their field. They are outstanding in assisting clients with contracts, forming and dissolving entities, helping employers create contracts, defending clients in court and reviewing contracts for clients before they sign a contract and are not aware of all the legal ramifications that are in that contract. Its so important to have someone review and create contracts that have experience and knowledge. Legal Zoom and other similar websites will likely lead you into trouble. They are fair, honest and reasonable. They truly have their clients best interest at heart!
