I was having issues with my car, took it to dealership to have it corrected on several different occasions. And i took to the dealership that i had originally purchased it thinking to myself the issue would get fixed. But unfortunately it was not. I was getting frustrated because this was very time consuming and the issue would only get fixed for a short amount of time. My issue was it was over heating. My brother told me my car was a lemon car and suggested for me to get a lawyer.Now this was during covid. And things were shut down and and businesses were conducting over the phone. So I looked on Google and I found this firm.I explained to them my issues and how frustrated this was becoming. And right away they started to help giving me advice to actually call GM customer service ( and it helped).And the firm said that I wouldnt need to come to the office. And said everything would be done over the phone. And it took some time but in the end we won!!!The service was awesome.Thank you.

Cali Lemon Lawyers we the best every step of the way in helping us get out 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid returned to Ford Motor Company. We had a very dangerous situation with our car and once the attorney and her law clerks had all the information, they took over and successfully got our car trimmed.Isaac was available and or called is back on a timely manner when we had questions. They have a moto “WE GET YOU PAID FAST & EASY” so true!!! Have a 2021 lease vehicle and had several problems with the car having it in out of the shop for weeks at a time… My husband got a pop up on his feed … he called them & we got them everything they needed quickly… within 3 months we received a check for $17,500 & was able to keep the car… Car runs great now no issues…

My experience was an overall success. There were a few hiccups where my lawyer changed a few times and I had to resend my documentation. But once they had the lawyer situation settled, I got the results I was hoping for. I am satisfied overall and do recommend Prestige Legal Solution to anyone. They truly helped. Issac and his team helped me with a Chevy bolt lemon law recall. After waiting for months to get a battery replacement for my EV, I gave up hope dealing with Chevy.Prestige was able to get me amount i paid for the car minus their 1/3 cut. Avoid at all costs! I contacted them first in the beginning of September 2021 as my 2021 (6 month old) car was defective (the brakes are not working) and I wanted to claim the lemon law. I was dazzled by the reviews and thought that they must be a reputable firm. The document collection people contacted me to acquire all my documents, however I was on the phone with them for about an hour as my case was a bit more unique than a regular lemon law case, as the car was defective from the get go. The guy I was talking to seemed to be taking notes and he was going to convey them to the legal team. It took them 2 weeks to review my case. He called me back and I was shocked when he said that my case doesn’t qualify for the lemon law! (Like if faulty brakes don’t then what does?) I asked him if he conveyed the information I had provided him to the legal team, and he said what information. Obviously he never took any notes or conveyed the extra information to the legal team. He then said that he’s going to take another two weeks to go through that “new” information and come back to me. Two weeks went by and I had to call multiple times until I got an answer, where he said again my case doesn’t qualify for the lemon law… Well after they wasted my time for 1 month, decided to go after the manufacturer myself and guess what? I managed to get them to repurchase my car as it was clearly a defective car! The only reason I am leaving the review is to help anyone going through this process, I know how stressful it can get, but honestly save your time and contact someone else instead.

I feel that lawyers usually are worried about charging per hour so they want to keep speaking on the phone very limited. I would highly recommend Cali Lemon Lawyers. I didn’t have what I would say is the strongest case, but they were willing to take my case anyway and exceeded my expectations. They were responsive to questions thoughout, and were available via text most hours of the day. The process is very simple. Manufacturer pays all legal fees, so never hurts to see if you have a case and Cali Lemon Law is the place to ask.
