I am very lucky to have found this excellent law firm to help with my Workers Compensation claim. I was injured at work over 10 years ago, and Jose and his team worked tirelessly to finally settle my case. My previous lawyers were very difficult, as far as responding to my inquiries throughout this process, and I found the opposite to be true with this firm. Any time I had a question, José and his assistant Diane were there every step of the way. When I was searching for Workers Compensation lawyer I interviewed about five different law firms. The difference between this law firm in the others was honestly Joses ability to totally listen to everything I had to say. My Work Comp situation I would suspect was very unusual. I was witness to an incredibly violent act. And suffered extreme emotional distress and PTSD. To my surprise several offers would not take my case. But I talked to Jose the gentleman who answered the phone and he was very polite and he was very kind and a great listener. Well due to the fact that what I saw was so terrible I was reluctant to describe in detail what I did see. And Jose was patient enough to let me get it out and once I did tell him what happened I definitely had a case and a very good one at that. So thank you very much to the best workers comp firm in Long Beach. Without a great listener I probably would not have found a workers compensation lawyer to help me. I probably wont be the same and that is very sad. But I did find a great organization to represent me and get me the medical care I so desperately need and a financial settlement that I felt was very fair. I truly believe this is the best Workers Compensation law firm in Long Beach. After working with another Workers Compensation lawyer and getting absolutely nowhere I fired him and hired Peter at California Workers Compensation lawyers. All I can really say is the experience this law firm and the law firm that I fired was like night and day. Im sure I probably could have received faster and better medical treatment probably screwed up a better settlement for myself. But at the end of the day my health is much better and thats really what is number one to me.

After four long years of dealing with my injury and working with two other law firms my case was finally settled buy this excellent law firm in Long Beach. I dont know if Jose is super human but he sure acts like it and by Reading the other reviews it appears that it wasnt in my head how extraordinary he was. Like a few other people have mentioned do not try to represent yourself. Get a lawyer whether it is California Workers Compensation lawyers or somebody else, get a lawyer do a really good job screening them. Make sure that you get a good feeling on your first call. That was my problem with working with two lawyers before this law firm was I was easily sold by a pushy person answering the phone. Whereas my experience with this organization was someone finally listen to me. And that sums it up. Thank you to everybody who helped me.

Ill make it short and sweet. Im giving this law firm five stars for communication, service and what I believe in to be an excellent financial settlement. The doctor they sent me to to handle my case I believe is referred to as a PTP was a really really nice guy. Very straight forward with me. Being injured is a terrible experience but at least the experience with my lawyer was not a total disaster. I honestly Im not big on lawyers but I believe these are the best workers compensation lawyers in Long Beach.

The Workers Compensation system is so stressful even with the lawyer I cant imagine going through this process alone. My experience with Jose was extremely positive. I search for Workers Compensation lawyer for about two months narrowed my search down to a couple different law firms. I didnt actually hire Jose until another 90 days went by because the insurance adjuster seem to actually care about me. When I realized that the doctor and the physical therapist were essentially working for the insurance company and were trying to send me back to work even though I was still in a lot of pain. At this point I realized I was in over my head and I needed the help of a Workers Compensation lawyer. Jose was terrific to me if youre looking for a workers comp lawyer in Long Beach is definitely the guy.

What provoked me to hire a lawyer was leaving my appointment with the doctor the insurance company sent me to for the fifth time and being treated as if I was faking or lying. I dont understand the audacity of these doctors who believe that people are faking injuries. The reality is you make more money than you do then on the TTD benefits that are offered which is only 2/3 of your pay. So I hired this firm everything went excellent. I wasnt so much about getting a huge settlement as I was getting back to work I made that very clear to the lawyer handling my case. He was very compliant with that although I could sense a little hesitation from him. And I understand that considering lawyers are working on a contingency and I believe with work hard thats incredibly low. So thank you very much for doing exactly what I asked you to do and thats why Im leaving a five star review.

I called workers compensation southern california looking for a workers compensation lawyer to take my case over from a lawyer I was not happy with at all. Not going to mention names and smear anyone, maybe it was not a good fit. I spoke with Jose over the phone and met him in person and their location that had plenty of parking thank God. I had a difficult case. I was hurt on the job and my employer did not have workers compensation insurance. He took me to the ER paid for my medical out of his own pocket. Promised to pay all my medical bills and pay me weekly pay until I got better. After about a month of excuses I got fed up and looked for a lawyer to help me. Everyone turned me away except this firm because my case was not able to be worked in the regular work comp system. I had to go through some other state fund setup to help me, which I found out was a lot of work and that is why the other law firms would not take my case. When Jose signed my case up he did tell me upfront that things would move slowly and to be patient but eventually things would settle. He was right, it did take a long time but eventually things did settle. I received medical treatment and a settlement for my disability. I cannot thank this whole firm enough for helping me in a time where nobody else would.

When I was looking for a workers compensation attorney online I was totally amazed how very few people even picked up the phone and when they did, I was put on hold for several minutes. It took several months of going back with the insurance company but finally my lawyer got me close to the number I felt was fair. I will say this. The first number the insurance company offered was a joke. Do not settle right away. But this firm did. they got my case accepted, it was a hassle and I hated every minute of the process but at least I got something for my case due to kind lawyers doing a lot of extra work to help me out. I am a college student, I was injured at my place of employment working as a waitress. I did not think my injury was too serious so I tried to handle things on my own Big mistake, my employer and the dr seemed like they thought I was lying about my injury and making me work when I was in severe pain. After hiring another worker comp lawyer who in my opinion totally screwed up my case I decided to fire this person and hire Tony with workers compensation southern california. I had a friend use them and he suggested I call and get a consultation. After about 10 mins I realized I hired the wrong lawyer. Sadly, the lawyer I hired first did damage to my case and I am very sure I did not get as much money in my settlement if I would have hired Tony from the beginning. I would say the hardest thing about being injured at work is not being able to have any control over getting better as fast as you want. They were brutally honest with me with what to expect with things taking time and not getting the amount of money I was feeling I deserved.
