Jose was the gentleman who handled my case from beginning to end. He was very helpful in many ways but the thing that I liked most about him and why I am leaving this review is he gave me his cell phone number so I could text him and get quick updates on my case. He was also very honest with me when it came settlement time. He advices me to wait it out and sure enough the insurance paid out much more money than their first offer. Good guy, excellent job. Highly recommend this workers compensation law firm.

I made the switch to this law firm from another law firm that was not helping me. Jose explained the everything to me in detail on what to expect and that patience will be required. Referred to Jose by a friend who used him on his work injury. I was having issues with getting a hold of the workers comp adjuster, she was also rude and treated me like I was bothering her asking her to do her job and get me well so I could get back to work. After talking with Jose and him literally finishing my sentences about things I was p i s s e d off about I hired the work injury law firm he worked for. So far so good, case is not settled but I am finally getting medical treatment from a doctor and may need surgery depending on how PT and some injections go. Wish me luck.

Many thanks for everyone on the team at my workers comp lawyers office and all his staff. It was a rough 3 years but the settlement finally came. My health is back to near normal and as much as I did not like being part of the work comp system and having my back never be the same I am grateful for choosing the right workers compensation law firm in Ontario.

I fired my lawyer and hired workers compensation southern California to wrap up my case. I do not want to get into everything my first lawyer did wrong, but lets say he did a terrible job. When I called and spoke to Jose about my claim. He was very honest about the damage that had been done to my case by my previous lawyer and made no guarantees he could get me more money. After a long process I did receive a settlement I am pleased with and most of all, I am very happy my surgery went well on my hand. I am able to work and relatively pain free. Just wanted to write this review to help people who might be looking for a lawyer to find the right one first.

I am a young woman working in the food industry and injured myself. I was doing everything I could to continue to work and the doctor I was being sent to continue to send me back to work finally he gave me work restrictions my employer did not respect my work restrictions and I got to the point where I was sick of taking ibuprofen and I was even more disgusted with the way my employer was treating me. So I got a lawyer I felt the sense I was going to be fired. And I cannot recommend this law firm enough. My case was settled very quickly my injury was not severe I did need surgery and even though I do have some residual pain and stiffness in my wrist Im able to work again at another restaurant I quit the place that treated me terribly. But thank you to Jose and the entire staff to help me through this crazy Workers Compensation process.

When I started my search for a workers compensation attorney in Ontario for my back injury I wanted to find a law firm who was experienced and aggressive. I called around, spoke to a handful of firms but I chose to hire Jose because he was he most patient at answering my questions and I went with my gut feeling. I have had a very good experience working with Tony, Jose and all the lovely ladies in the office, but I can say that I did not have a pleasurable experience being injured and left with chronic pain. This is of course no the fault of my lawyer, it was just a terrible circumstance that life dropped in my lap. I highly recommend workers compensation so cal if you are looking for good, honest people.

Jose was incredible to deal with. He was able to sign me up through the computer through an online document. This was important for me because I did not have time to get to an appointment due to my work schedule and I needed to get some help ASAP. I knew my job was going to fire me. Workers compensation southern california is a great organization, if you are looking for a workers comp attorney in Ontario, these are your guys (and gals). Tony and Jose were very kind and patient with me through this process. I was so frustrated and I know I was probably a pain in the back side.
