I was hesitant to call but after a couple days after my accident I had felt like someone hit my lower back with a bat and I just couldn’t do my regular fitness activities with out feeling that pain so I knew I had to do something about it and I called spoke to Ana she walked me through the process and I’m so glad I called. Ana set me up with the care I needed to help give my body some relief and was attentive to making sure I was taken care of.

This is my experience about Mark Gonzales Law Office. I walked in and quickly I felt the warmth of their office from the front desk. They demonstrated the capacity and ability to help me on my accident tragedy. I was unsure if they were able to assist me since it was a little late from he date of my accident. Mark was called out to speak with me. Mark spoke with me and asked questions after this Mark said ‘We will take this case”, at that moment I new that I was in good hands. Came here a couple years ago and they have a very unprofessional team I was calling in to see were my case was and it seemed that I was letting them know how my case was going and when it came down to the settlement that I got i told the lawyer i was. Not happy with it and all he said was that all i wanted was more money and more money which is funny assuming they kept most of what the offer was so I wouldnt recommend this place at all especially the lawyer he is very unprofessional jus like the secretary

Honestly, i wouldnt recommend these guys. Im gonna be completely honest, my case wasnt such a big case with lots of financial gain so im guessing thats the reason why none of the people followed up with me through out my entire case. I had to keep calling them to stay updated on my case. I wouldve appreciated if they wouldve contacted me more frequently to update me, but it look almost 5 weeks to get a update on my case from when we first started. One lady told me 10 days after my case started Oh we havent recieved the police report i said ok thats fine.......2 weeks later I HAD TO CALL again and ask for an update ANOTHER different lady answers and says lemme get back to you....6 days later i get a call saying Hey im gonna be the one handling your case, right now im gonna start on trying to get the police report I WAS LIKE WHAT THE!! Anyways ...in conclusion...these guys have an ok attitude but there service sucks. They did help me with my case but they couldve defitnley provided better servive

The Gonzalez team worked hard on my auto accident personal injury case. I got well compensated due to their professional representation. I am by no means unique, I called around like anyone else would, talked to people advertised on the radio etc beard of Justice garbage.. Those people are crooks and any normal person should sense that right away. I didnt get that feeling here. You go in and its like a family operation and they treat you right. Marc sat with me and explained the process thuroughly and even gave me an expected outcome. Its a process so you gotta be patient, I wasnt all the time, but in the end they handled my case like pros. If youre shopping around, trust your case to them. You wont be dissapointed.
