Hector was very thorough in explaining our options. It was great that he spoke Spanish and was able to clearly communicate with my family about our immigration issues. I engaged Hector when a lawyer I had hired finally admitted, after about a year, my problem was beyond his capacity. I was referred to Hector, met with him personally and explained my situation. He quickly assessed the matter, developed and implemented an effective strategy to resolve a complicated situation. I found him to be quite competent and effective. Mr. Chinchilla is extremely knowledgeable in immigration law and I cant thank him enough for what he has accomplished for my family. Would recommend Hector Chinchilla to anyone that is seeking honest and effective legal representation and a reasonable rate. I had spoken to other attorneys in the Mission District and down town but none spoke to me as straight forward and Mr,. Chinchilla. That made me more confident in him. I could not have made a better decision for my immigration issue.I also had my bankruptcy done by Mr. Chinchilla; who also helped another family member with their divorce and business corporation matters. I met with this attorney, I was very pleased he excepted my case for representing my mother. He Is competent on how certain housing matter arise in San Francisco.I feel confident and happy she, as a senior, has a voice to defend her.

They did not tell me an approximate the divorce service price, they asked me to visit their office and pay $150 for the interview.

I didnt get the help that I need and I paid 150 for an answer that I knew I was hopping to get from him any option or something to help with my case but not he was rude and unprofessional for been a lawyer so disappointed.
