I have nothing but positive feedback about Chudnovsky Law and Melissa Duchene.We sought legal representation for an investigation into a med spa complaint and had a positive experience from start to finish. From our initial consultation with Melissa it was clear we’d found the right professional license attorney. Her expertise on Physician Assistant Board and Board of Registered Nursing regulations and investigations was impressive. She gave very insightful legal advice and was able to clearly answer all of our questions and give us comfort.Turns out she had handled many investigations with our investigator before and he seemed to like and respect her. She was able to get the matter rightfully closed with no action taken against us which lifted a huge load off our shoulders.For that, I highly recommend Melissa, Chudnovsky Law, and their wonderful staff. I just concluded a DUI case in Newport Beach court and am very satisfied with the results.The respect I felt from David and his office staff while going through this hard time was wonderful. RESULTS!!! Let me just begin by saying how pleased I am with David’s handling of my case. From the start I felt that my fate was entrusted to a very competent, confident and caring attorney. I appreciated his candor, honest and clear way of communicating with me. He didn’t sugarcoat anything. I had never been in a scenario where I needed to hire an attorney before. I came into contact with Mr Stein during a very difficult period in my life. I just got arrested for a DUI and was shell shocked from spending the night in jail. Both David and his case manager helped talk me off the ledge and realize everything was gonna be ok. They were very easy to talk to, kinda like an old family friend stepping in to help me get myself out of the predicament I landed in. He navigated me through everything and my license hearing.My case ended in the best way possible. David Stein is amazing from his human skills to the way he handled the case in court. I am very satisfied with Melissa Duchene’s representation. She helped me navigate the legal issues and build an excellent case.It is very intimidating to defend yourself with the Department of Insurance. They hold your insurance license and livelihood in their hands, but Melissa was by my side throughout the whole process and she did an excellent job of defending me. I would definitely recommend her to friends and would use her again (I hope not!) if I got in a similar situation.

Mr Weinberg is simply amazing at what he does. I was facing a nerve-racking investigation into a bogus complaint filed with the BRN. My family and I were very worried I was going to have to do jail time and lose my job. But after meeting with Tsion to review everything, she really gave me some hope. She knew how to present my story, what it would do to my family and convince the DA and judge to reduce my charges and allow a diversion program. I cannot express my appreciation enough for this law firm. I called them and needed help with a traffic case where I could not get a hold of anyone at the courthouse. I helped a family member deal with an unfair legal matter they got involved in. We had the good fortune of finding Tsion Chudnovsky and her wonderful firm. Tsion made sure I knew exactly what was going on and talked to me like a real human being and not a criminal. I got a DUI and a bogus drug charge that really complicated my case and ran the price up.She not only beat the bogus drug charge but she took really good care of me throughout the entire process. I send the law firm a text on a saturday night to request a free consultation and was startled when my phone rang 5 minutes later. It actually caught me off guard that they could call me so fast!? They were able to answer all of my questions on the spot and I immediately hired them. Their whole process is super smooth, easy and tech savvy...and Tsion is such a nice person to work with. Their flat fees were fair and they were very clear explaining what they would do with the case and at the dmv drivers license hearing. We dealt with both David Stein and Tsion Chudnovsky. I had multiple DUIs for which I paid approximately $20,000 to retain 3 DUI lawyers before finding Dave—-eventually I fired those 3 although they were supposedly “the best” and highly recommended to me; I am so grateful that I trusted my instinct and Dave, also a well-respected DUI attorney, whom I found on my own after interviewing many of them! Dave really really cares, and he has advised me and done work for the third DUI attorney on his own time! He will actually stay in communication with you, even after work hours while he is between trials, court dates, at home eating dinner with his child yelling in the background! I am not joking! He will explain strategy, minute details of the case and even listen to your worries and ideas (I’m sure just out of respect because he is very legally knowledgeable). Any lawyer before was communicative and friendly at first but as soon as they received the money, it was difficult to communicate with them-via phone, text or email and often must just relay messages through the receptionist or paralegal! Where do i start? They are THE BEST lawyers you can get !! In a time of distress, fear, confusion and no hope they came in and helped me !! I got charged with a felony and was very worried about my visa and my job. The arrest caused my visa to be terminated. My prior immigration attorney recommended Chudnovsky Law to me.Tsion and her team reviewed the case and all the evidence for issues. She worked with her connections in the DA office to get the charges dismissed. She also got my visa reissued. Her fixed fee wasnt the lowest, but she got me my life back.
