Thanks to this lawyer he made a bad situation into a good situation after losing hope and felling that I was not able to do anything for my son. They tried to give my son 6 years in prison for 2 felonies. My first lawyer said there was nothing he can do but the time and just gave up on me and my son. Thanks to one of my friends I got referred to Tony and he gave me and my son hope to still fight and not give up me as a mother I did not want to see my 23 year old son locked up. Not really knowing Tony he made me feel like a human and not just a person looking for help. He is a lawyer that really dose care he was available 24/7 for anything. I retained Tony Seyfi to represent my daughter in an inopportune situation. The consultation was free and went over all details with me in regards to the matter. We met on a Saturday nearby my home to further discuss options, fill out paperwork and set up a payment plan since we couldn’t afford the fees all at once. She was facing felony criminal charges. He negotiated with the prosecutor, and reached out to the victim and successfully agreed with a civil compromise. The criminal charges against my daughter were dismissed. Tony is honest, dedicated and aggressive in a respectful way. He personally showed up to all court dates and handled the case professionally. My brother was charged with a felony crime of domestic violence but I think it was based on false accusation. He had never been in this situation before and was losing hope. He took more than two hours going over our case without asking for any payment. He was able to understand my brother’s situation very well. He was patient and took detailed notes. It was very clear to me once Tony entered the court room he owned it. A family member placed their trust in a public defender. When I walked into the court room I viewed a person who looked like they pulled a homeless person from the street threw him in a suit and called him a lawyer. Yes he was the family members public defender. Tony walked in and I was relieved we hired as true professional. We soon learned the other side had three lawyers all presenting different issues. Tony stood up to all three of them and settled the case fairly, and expediently.. Finished with one visit. In a past experience I expected to return to court several more times. Simply amazing. He got both of my cases dismissed ...both were complete BS...but ...that doesnt matter ...you know how it is...even if you shouldnt be charged...they will try to charge you for anything in this blessed State...zero tolerance on everything. If you sneeze too hard its a felony. And truly, I was super skeptical about using any lawyer because Ive never gone through this before. So I didnt trust anybody. I would start to believe that everyone was against me. I thought maybe defense lawyers would get paid off to let you go to jail or pay fines?Anyways Tony didnt do that. To edit out last review:While at first I heard no call back after being told they would get in contact, I had been questioning things. Soon after, Mr. Seyfi reached out explaining a couple of things. Which I appreciate him going out of his way to even do so. My own worry, stress and such in my matter, didnt help. He explained and helped me understand certain things that no other lawyer has taken the time to do, if they arent paid first, or If i dont produce an insane amount of money that I dont have. After Two years I am finally gaining the courage to write this review in memory of my Late Husbands Memory(6 months). I would like to take the time to warn others who may be seeking for a Criminal Lawyer to represent them, this man Tony Seyfi is NOT the one. You will regret it later like I do and hubby did too. Tony Seyfi and Aldo (personal assistant) are two LIARS, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL individuals that take advantage of people who are anguished and are desperate for help. Like hubby and I at the time.My husband had a clean record never committed a crime his whole life but in 2016 he got in trouble with law enforcement and was taken to court. We didnt want this incident to ruin his record and he asked me to help him find a good attorney, at the time the first place I looked was google and came across this CROOK of a man, Seyfi. Oh how I wish somebody wouldve warned me about him and we would have avoided having so much anger and feeling so helpless after what Seyfi did to us. I feel so guilty that I basically chose this LEGAL THIEF to represent or lets better say TAKE HIS MONEY and do absolutely NOTHING for him.I clearly remember calling his firm to schedule an appt but instead he sent Aldo to meet up with us at El Pollo Loco, where he sold us the best possible scenario and the perfect outcome for his case, great salesman gotta give him that! He told us that to start the case we would have to pay 1,500 and the rest was going to be divided in the times Seyfi would go to court (3 times) they had everything calculated (we made that conclusion later as time went by).He did NOTHING to help his case on the contrary he made my husband feel as if he was an ignorant for asking him questions and would put him down every chance he got. Also reminding him every time that he was at fault therefore needs to pay for his mistakes. Are you kidding me?!!!The THREE TIMES in total that he showed up to court, he was LATE and he showed no willingness to help my hubby, all he would say to him was to plead guilty so can be done with the case.Long story short Hubby decided to fight his case on his own, and with the help of the Public Defender who told him that CROOK had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help him and that he had just taken his money. She did for him everything he had asked this THIEF to do and got paid for.
