While the attorney might be okay, the front office person was awful and a deal breaker. I spoke with her (Maria) about 6 months ago, she was okay. She was clearly reading from a script, but I was fine with that as I needed general information. I called today because my first disability claim was denied and I need help with an appeal. She wouldnt listen, kept talking over me and repeating herself, rather than answering my very specific questions. After asking her again to just listen, she didnt, so I asked for a supervisor, or someone who could actually answer my questions, nope, she was it. I have never felt so disrespected and unheard. Not the experience you need/want in a legal battle. i said I dont think we are a good fit and hung up as she was agreeing with me. HORRIBLE.

Where do I begin ?!?! Dennis is the best attorney i have ever had. The staff is amazing. They follow up with you Regarding your case and keeping you up-to-date with whats going on with your case Before & After.I was so nervous but Dennis, my attorney, told me to relax it will be alright. Do make sure that you keep your appeal briefing with your attorney so that you know whats to be expected. I missed mine but Dennis reassured me and you know what? I WON MY CASE!!!
