My experience with Ferraro Vega has been a 5-star experience. Without having a background in litigation procedures, Nick and Lauren have been so informative and attentive. I was impressed with Nicks depth of knowledge and experience in labor law, specifically in regards to public servants and government employment. Prior to contacting Nick I had contacted other lawyers but none of them seemed to be as enthusiastic and compassionate like Nick. I contacted Nick Ferraro at the recommendation of a friend after enduring too many years of abuse at my previous place of employment. I was frustrated and really needed help. I had already contacted a few other lawyers before learning of Ferraro Employment Law but quickly saw that Nick was by far the most professional, caring, and responsive. He asked me about my experiences and was able to advise me that my past employer was indeed breaking the law, and in even more ways than I had originally suspected. With Nick’s help I was able to immediately secure the evidence that we needed and start a class action lawsuit. Nick was incredibly professional and was always available to answer any of my many questions. I never had to worry about what was happening as he kept me well informed.He also was graciously patient as I sometimes would bawl while reliving some of my experiences at my past job. I cannot change the past but Nick allowed me the opportunity for some justice - not only for myself but for my coworkers as well. I appreciated the fact he was honest and did not waste any of my time by making promises he would be unable to follow through with. Nick shattered my illusions about how I always thought lawyers were like.I worked for a well-funded artificial intelligence technology startup based in Mountain View, CA that had a toxic and hostile work environment from the top-down, did not pay their sales people what they had presented at the offer stage, and completely misrepresented the feasibility of the quota structure. I was effectively fired for raising concerns about these issues and trying to create change while staying aboard. This firing was clearly retaliatory in nature, so I began a search for legal advice.I spoke with several lawyers about my situation, and only one or two were as kind and considerate as Nick. The others were hyper-concerned about whether or not they would make enough money on the case, namely the contingency-based attorneys. Nick, on the other hand, cares about doing the right thing and helping people in need. You will find that he is a stand-up guy and an all-round decent human being. Not only is he these things, but he is also hard-working and highly effective. He was able to successfully play the games the company and their lawyers were playing in order to double the severance that they originally offered.I cannot recommend Nick enough for employee/employer disputes and employment law.
