PHENOMENAL! Atty Prizzia runs a tight ship, from reception to paralegal. Everyone was kind and professional. Im so blessed to have chosen her from a sea of attorneys. I put my life in her hands and she took great care of me, fought for my freedom against trumped up D.U.I. charges and the subsequent railroading that wouldve surely followed. This attorney and her two assistant are irresponsible, unprofessional and unchallenged onmy recently lost case. Like others clients review on YELP, they are good when come to asked for money and then disappear like a ghost.We filled this recently Renew Restraining Order on my next door racist old horrible couple on the cameras that this old couple loved to pointed to my bedroom, bathroom and my private backyard to see and hear what we are daily doing. Their attorney did not respond right away at beginning when I filed the case and he never ask for attorney fees. Back in August 2018, when he represented for the Restraining Order on this old couple, he responded and asked for $3,000 for attorney fees from beginning of the hearing.This time, we badly ended up with this racist, unfair and corrupt judge LEAL, in Dept. 66 of SA court. Eventhough, I had all the police report of the violations on this old witch, at the end this judge would rules that everything on my side are INCONSISTENCIES and everything on the old witch side are CONSISTENCY and this judge would favor and awarded this fat pig attorney MATTHEW D. CUBERIO asked at the end of the hearing for $17,962.60 for two hours on first day hearing and six hours of second day hearing. Francess assistant (Grace) collected more money from me to file a complaint against on this unfair judge. Frances promised me that if the judge rules and favors everything to the other side, she will file an appeal with another judge to look at ithe case.At the end, her and her assistant disappear, they doesnt answer my calls, no reply on my texts or emails. I am ended up to have another attorney to file the complaint about this unfair judge and the next big step to have the COMMISSIONER in San Francisco to look into this case after the complaint of this judge to the SA court.To my experience with this attorney office, please dont depend, hope, trust and count on your case for the positive outcome. Otherwise, you will regret it like me.Really, after this horrible review situations experience reality that happened to me with this attorney office, now this lady GRACE reached the to me on the review public site to let me that that they are there for me and waiting for me to reach the to them. What happened when this corrupt judge wanted me to pay $17,962.60 to this FRUADING law office? I was reached out to you by phone, texts and emails. You crappies people does not respond at all after I paid you. Go to hell!!!PS. As an professional attorney, after the consultation, accepted the case and fees retainer, you suppose to be ready to fight and challenge with the other side, not to persuade your clients not to go forward, idiot. What a waste of my money and times. About this MOTION as the fat pig was asking for $17,962.60 from me, if Frances was a smart and challenge attorney, she should demand for the bills and the actual payment transaction from the old witch to this crooked law firm before the Motion Hearing, but you guys never ask, idiot. Frances Prizzia recently represented me in a felony vandalism case. Prior to retaining Frances, I had struggled through 17 months of court appearances while being represented by a different law firm. Frances is the best at what she does. Being that I’ve never been in trouble before, she helped ease my mind. She answered all of my questions, even gave me her personal cellphone number to be able to reach her. Her communication is great! Not to mention she is very flexible and affordable. Frances is by far the best and nicest lawyer, to the point where we have actually hired her twice! She was so sweet and helpful and honest! Her assistant Pam was also very helpful and would respond within minutes to any text message or phone call I would leave. Frances really did our family a huge win because my husband was facing a 3 year prison sentence and Frances ended up getting him 2 weeks of county jail and one year probation !!! :) That is such a win, and major difference in time!!! We also hired Frances once before about two years ago where she helped us out once more with a huge win with also zero jail time back then... She really does care about her clients and is one of the hardest working people I have met! She is a very busy woman, which as everyone knows a busy lawyer is a great lawyer, but she will do everything she can to help a struggling family or person in need! So I found myself on the wrong side of the law due to a payment dispute with a former employer and a false account of what had transpired during that dispute that was given to authorities by the same employer who refused to pay me what I was owed. I was homeless at the time of my arrest and living out of my car. I didn’t have the resources to immediately begin my defense so once I was released from LA county jail after a 30 day stint I began looking for an affordable lawyer to assist me with my defense. I was assigned three different public defenders until I finally wised up and looked for a private attorney with the help of a close friend. I registered on legal match and found Attorney Prizzia’s profile and information so I decided to call her and see if she would be able or would be willing to take my case. From the moment I talked with Attorney Prizzia I knew that she was the perfect attorney for me. She was very empathetic and asked me questions that made me feel like she understood my situation. Later I would find out that not only did she understand my position but she actually fought for me behind the scenes too. So after three public defenders and almost two years of back and forth with the Torrance courthouse I reached a settlement with the court that allowed me to not only NOT serve any additional jail time but to have all my charges reduced to misdemeanors after the successful completion of community service. Attorney Prizzia and her staff of helpful assistants not only assisted me through my court ordeal but I ran into a nasty probation officer during my registration and Attorney Prizzia called and personally spoke with the probation supervisor and settled everything so that my time under probation until my case stipulations were met were handled with respect and I was given a fair chance to succeed. I thank god everyday for Attorney Prizzia because there is a definite disconnect between some agencies of law enforcement and the people they serve. Not all agencies but there are some and we all know this. However Attorney Prizzia, from the moment she took my case, took control of the situation and got the best possible outcome for me and my family. I have spoken to Frances over the phone for a consultation, and she LITERALLY went above and beyond!!!! I have never met her or spoke to her prior to our conversation over the phone, but she went into detail and looked up my past record immediately. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes and I felt as if she was already my personal lawyer. I have spoken to so many lawyers in the past and she was the first one to give me detailed information and REAL/TRUE advice. I had a few old tickets that had been open a long time that I wasnt aware were still open and were actually bench warrants!(I had paid another lawyer 15 years ago to handle!) I thought they were handled because they didnt show up on the court records or the DMV records and I was able to get my license back 15 years ago! but they were still open! only reason I knew is because I applied for my passport and was denied because of them, anyways Ms.Prizzia and her staff were able to get both cases completely dismissed! no fine! no probation! nothing! thanks again for your help! you guys did a great job!

I am going to be brief here but anyone can email me for my longer detailed statement. I am using my father in laws account.Fast forward to the first court date she didn’t even bother to show she sent her stand in. It was the first court date, they were just moving to another date,so we didn’t really see it as a problem with her not being there. This was one court “appearance”.Second court date came around, she showed up late didn’t even bother to meet with us beforehand or with our incarcerated family member. She ran out of the court afterwords not even bothering to speak with our family member afterwards. Which once again nothing was done court date just moved again.Third court appearance, she was not only late but when the judge asked if she wanted to consult with the defendant before beginning she said no. She wasn’t able to get a deal nor get any charges dropped like she had said she would do in our initial consultation. We get to talk to her afterwords once again reassuring us that this is going good . At around 730 pm that night my boyfriend gets a call from Sarena stating that Frances needs another $15,000. Quick summary, we got Frances on the phone and expressed to her we felt she did not live up to what she had said she could do in our consult, she said “oh you think I’m not doing anything ok” clicked the phone. We decided to message her saying we would proceed with her we didn’t see another option at that point. We heard back from her telling us not to stress that she would contact us back. A week went by never heard back we decided firing her was our best choice.When we texted Sarena and Frances a week later after not hearing back from them, sarena said she was just about to call us. That it had been her birthday so she forgot and then tried using a scare tactic stating that she had spoken with the DA, and they were trying to give my brother in law life. I was so confused at that moment but we were firm with our choice to fire her.Fast forward to the court datewhere she was to give the new lawyer all paperwork. She didn’t even show up. Her assistant was late and the judge said that she needed to personally come herself and could not send an assistant.(November 29) Wednesday comes she shows up late . This was much to the judge disliking. I am happy that the judge reprimanded Frances Not only did he say he would also report her to the bar, but he proved her to be a liar. She had not been in court earlier like she said she was ( the judge called the department she said was in that morning she wasn’t there) The judge was also worried that Francis would be biased against our family member and not hand over all the paperwork. While we were sitting in court Miss Frances was however working diligently on something else. I step outside because I noticed that Frances would not put her phone down I felt she was up to something. Turn my phone on outside court, see about three voicemails from My father in law. Hewas receiving emails of Farnces office trying to take out various sums of money from his account ranging from $500 to $2500 . At this point I was just fed up with Miss Frances. We had signed a contract, our payment wasn’t even due at that time, we had already paid the fee for that month and not once did we say we weren’t going to finish paying her. She broke our contract. WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE BANK WITHDRAWALS. So I step back inside court and wait for Miss Frances. She waits for a sheriff escort as she’s walking to the elevator I ask her to please speak with me and give me some respect I just want to ask her questions she laughs and says I don’t need to talk with you. I was very upset and told her that she would not make fools out of us and I will do whatever I can to make sure people are aware of how she does her business.After many attempts of texting / calling her and Sarena we were then blocked from calling them and never heard back from them.I have court transcripts as well as bank statements with the time stamps showing everything I have stated .
