My wife and I worked with attorney Erika Gonçalves to process my green card. From start to finish the whole process took over 4 years. We were expertly and caringly guided by Erika and her office the whole time. Everything was made simple and clear for us, and we were given thoughtful guidance on how best to present our case. At one point when we ran into a setback, Erika immediately wrote to me to reassure me and address my concerns even though she was on vacation. I’ve been a client for the better part of 10 years now. The attorneys and staff are wonderful, and more importantly, know their profession very well. I’ve had a complex case but I eventually received my green card. In the near future I’ll be able to apply for my citizenship.My recommendation for anyone that is searching for an immigration lawyer that will actually advocate for and treat you like one of their own, is that you stop searching and go with Fuerza. My family had a bad experience with less than capable attorney’s in the past which it not the case here. In fact, I’ve now recommended multiple family members to pursue their cases with Fuerza lawyers. I am one of thousands of foreign-born adoptees who discovered later in life that I was not a US citizen. I went to an immigration lawyer prior to Fuerza Immigration Lawyers when I came to an impasse trying to obtain my US passport. I was asked for my immigrant visa for proof of legal entry, but I had no way of providing it, with only a birth certificate and SOcial Security card. I was told had no legal basis as a US citizen or even a permanent legal resident. The no-win scenario that was presented to me was a loss of rights and freedoms that left me with a very uncertain future.I gave up all hope until Kevin Crabtree at Fuerza was recommended to a me by someone whose husband was undocumented and now a US Citizen. I wish I could give them zero stars, when we first signed up with his company we were very clear that my husband speaks Portuguese and I speak English, The interview we had with Erika she spoke Portuguese after that we would get different people from her firm writing to us in Spanish when neither one of us read Spanish, they would charge us money for emails that they sent to us in the wrong language and then charge us again to send them in the correct language, they had so many people working on our account doing the same thing charging us fictitious charges. Service was very rude and disclosure was violated one of the representatives has sent a group chat text to the wrong number and give out private information in that text, when I expressed concern about this they became very hostile especially Erika we end up canceling with them but of course they charged $187 to do so supposedly end our contract and issue us a check.
