Cant believe that my husband visa is issued. Seems like a dream. My case was placed in AP after interview. After waiting 5 months, I found Goldstein Immigration on Facebook and decided to file lawsuit. It was a tricky decision but I am glad I took it. I took 4 and half months total after filing lawsuit to have results but one thing I can say this process works. There were times where I felt nothing is working but it did eventually. My wife and I never thought we could do anything about my visa application that was under administrative processing at US Consulate in Montreal, Canada.Nonetheless, the process took about 1 and 1/2 years since my interview at the consulate on October, 2021, (after the NVC approved our immigration application).We indeed sympathize the US Consulates tough decisions on issuing visas to applicants. However, we believe the the process should not take this long especially for Canadian citizens (regardless of country of birth) who passed all the background checks. Consulates should understand separation of families is heavy burden emotionally and financially for every family. Josh and his team have been very professional and helpful since the first moment I contacted them. Just, I can say that this entire team of professionals is wonderful, from the assistants to the lawyers, they always treated me with respect and kindness, they showed interest and empathy and without a doubt they came to save my life and that of my son. From November 2018, when I had an interview in the embassy as an EB2-NIW applicant, until June 2022, I was still in the AP status, with more than 20 updates and 2 times sending questions from the embassy and my answers to them. But there was no news about the visa. They respond to all emails by a repeated text. One day, I joined a Telegram group that was talking about Mandamus. I doubted whether to do it or not. There was a list in front of me of 3 or 4 lawyers. I talked to everyone. One did not accept. One did not answer very confidently. But when I talked to Joshua, he asked me 3 short questions and just said, lets do it together! A short but confident sentence. Now 3 months have passed since that date, and I got my visa! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go ahead and file a mandamus lawsuit with Josh Goldstein. After waiting for 26 months, Josh and his team were able to get my fiances visa out of administrative processing. Her interview was held at UAE on August 2021, however she was waiting since I decided to hire Josh on March 18th of this year. At the moment when his assistant told me that they needed to study my case before accepting it, I realized that Im going to the right path and Im not just hiring someone who is just looking for money. They will have to make sure that your case is strong enough in order to take it. The defendence then requested an extention twice (two months each). Then, the visa was issued just two days ago and my fiance has just arrived to the States today! My brother appeared in the interview in January 2018 for family based immigration visa with the US Embassy in Bangladesh. There was nothing wrong at the interview but the embassy put his visa issuance through the administrative process. After that I made so many email contacts with the embassy and offered my help with documentations so that they could make the decision on the visa. But I received the same response where they asked me to have patience. I even communicated with them through my congressional office. Again, same response. When I lost all hope one of my friends in early 2021 suggested me to file a lawsuit through Lawyer Joshua Goldstein. I outright rejected it and continued my pleading to the embassy. But then I took the advice from my friend in late 2021 and filed the lawsuit. It worked like a magic. I reached out regarding my delayed case and got a call back the next day which was delayed 3 hours without a notice. A lady called me which was from different department and could not answer to any of my questions. I asked her if she could transfer me to somebody from the department that can answer my questions she said NO and asked me to call back after 2 month. I told her they you are losing a potential client here and this awful service. And she hang up on me! Very Unprofessional!

Its been more than a year after my I-485 submission and there is no single update for my case after the finger print appointment shortly after the case submission. As I search around the internet I found a way to push my case to move forward as to file a writ of mandamus lawsuit against USCIS. I eventually decide to give it a try to see if I can get both me and my wifes green card approve by the end of year so my wife could stay in the state with me as her visa is expiring soon at the beginning of next year. The lawsuit definitely makes difference for the case as I immediately got updates from my case. My case is employer based from a big company that they might see similar case every day but it still took USCIS a long time to push things through. During the time, they made mistake and transferred my case to the wrong state which delayed the whole process by another couple weeks. The staffs from Goldstein lawfirm is kind and professional that they were staying with me all this time and sent me updates in a regular basis. Finally my case got approved, which is about 3 month after I filed the lawsuit, and its more than 1 year and a half after my initial submission of I-485. My wife can stay with me without concerning the expiration of her visa and we could finally plan some international travel after so many years of waiting. I don’t know where to start but to say Allahamdulliah! Thank you to Allah for guiding me to Josh and his team! Our experience with Josh and his team was amazing!!Our process started in February 2020, moving from Canada to USA. My husband moved to the US for work, him being an American citizen, this made his transition simple. Us, not so much. Myself and our 2 children filed for IR1/IR2 visas and we were under the impression that it would be a relatively smooth process. Im not sure where to start. Ok so my fiancé went for an interview October 2019 and was put on administrative processing to submit some documents. It took a while for her to submit all the documents due to covid. We thought she was gonna get her visa in a couple of months after she submitted those documents. I submitted my n400 application in March 2020 when covid struck. Understandably, covid stalled everything including the immigration process. My case got stuck after I received biometrics re-use notice, ongoing 2 yrs without interview date and I exhausted all avenues to obtain updates on my case until I came across Goldstein Immigration website. I’ve been working with Goldstein Immigration to battle one of the toughest US Embassies in the world – the US Embassy in Accra, Ghana. I discovered Josh on YouTube in 2021; after watching several of his videos and reading testimonies, I sought out his services. The process he laid out was very transparent and everything happened according to his timeline. We ran into a few bumps in the road through no fault of his own but because the defense team was unorganized. At the time we filed the mandamus, my husband had not received a visa interview; after our first court deadline, he was given an interview notice a week later. Thereafter, we entered the black hole that is administrative processing. Several miscommunications from the embassy later, and we are still fighting for my husband’s visa to be issued. Our case in the IR1 category and it should not have taken this long as no documents were requested at the time of the visa interview.I will say this, I’m not sure how far we could have come if not for the mandamus. Possibly, we could have still been waiting for an interview at this very moment. The mandamus has provided us with a timeline and a bit of assurance. The results will be different for everyone as some embassies are more difficult than others. However, given the obstacles the previous administration has put in place with regard to immigration, and consulates abroad using the pandemic as a crutch to justify unreasonable delays, I believe the mandamus is very necessary.I truly loved working with this firm. Rebekah is a ray of light and has always provided me with kind words of reassurance throughout the process. This process definitely isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s really tough. It has been 6 months since we filed the mandamus but we are very close to the finish line. I would advise that if you pursue this avenue, to not expect results next week or even next month. You will need to exercise patience and be prayerful. However, never be afraid to ask questions and always review the documentation that is received and sent out regarding your case. At one point, I believe my lengthy emails and questions were annoying but it was a learning experience for us both and Josh and his staff handled it with grace. My IR1 Marriage petition had been stuck over 2 1/2 years in administrative processing despite submitting everything numerous times and polite inquiries from my husband and I on average once a month via email to the Cairo Embassy . My wife and I hired Josh at the beginning of January 2021. I went for my CR1 interview in Mumbai in 2019 and after giving all our documents and interview, I was placed into Administrative Processing. My wife and children went home to the US and I remained separated from them for a year until they came back and decided to file a writ of mandamus. We heard about Josh on YouTube and often watched his videos and felt like he could help. My mom had an immigration visa interview in September 2019 in Russia and even though the visa should have been approved on the spot the case was put in Administrative Processing. We tried contacting them with no answer. The case was stuck for no apparent reason. On top of that, COVID hit in March 2020 and the embassy closed. We contacted Josh Goldstein in June 2020, we were referred to him by our immigration lawyer who advised us to consider filing a mandamus law suit to get the case moving again. Josh was very helpful and the lawsuit was filed right away. He did warn us that it may take longer than usual because of COVID. We did end up getting through to the embassy via congressional inquiries ( which I also highly recommend, the embassies are only obliged to answer those not your personal inquiries) and they told us due to COVID they were not doing any routine visa processing currently but as soon as they start working again, they will place this case on a priority list. In March 2021 when COVID restrictions started to lift worldwide we received a communication from the embassy that they are ready to process moms visa. Within a month of that notification the visa was approved!!! I’m positive that without the lawsuit they would feel no pressure of prioritizing our case and we would be stuck in another backlog of thousands of cases they would have to address after being closed for a year due to COVID. My wife had her interview on November 9th of 2020 and the Islamabad Consulate said they needed to review my recent taxes and would give an answer in 2 to 3 weeks. I went to Pakistan to be there for my wifes interview and my plan was to bring her back to US with me. Instead of a few weeks, many months went by and her status was still on refused. 5 years ago not in my wildest dream did not think that this day would actually come. Josh and his team made this long life dream come true and gave my freedom. When I walked out from my citizenship interview knowing the fact I was going to face deportation, the only thought that came to my mind was, “separation from my loved ones and that my life was over”. If I were to write a book about my situation it wouldn’t have been enough. Everything started back in February 2020 where my husband had his interview and I went back home to be with him during his happy moments but everything became a bad nightmare right after his interview, his case was stuck in Administrative Processing . We did not know what that meant because me or my family member never had to face a situation like this. We both did so many things to get a result from the Embassy/Consulate, even the Congressmen but we were always discouraged by their responses. And I saw a video where it was titled “What to do if your case is put in Administrative Processing”, and “How to File a Lawsuit”. I didn’t even know what lawsuit meant. I had to search it up. To be honest, I didn’t trust the mandamus lawsuit procedure after reading about it because I thought it was fake.I even thought Josh was fake. You have to stay in communication with this office and do your own case following as the case progresses. We found out information on our case days before the lawyers office would tell us. Four years ago, the love of my life was living in this country as an undocumented immigrant. We were engaged and wanted to have the wedding of our dreams without the risk of him being deported.
