It was a bit of a disappointing experience for our company, in the tech industry. Were small, so our work was done by Rachel Samec, a junior attorney. Kind of a the client is always wrong experience, lots of argumentation. Yep, were wrong a lot, but not always. A kind of weird aspect is that Samecs boss, Brett Schuman, is an expert in the legal cannabis industry, and this made us uncomfortable ethically, but also because were in a federally regulated business and cannabis isnt legal with the feds yet. There were some minor billing discrepancies which we worked out. Best thing we can say is we learned some lessons and we just were not a good fit for this firm.
