Called just before closing and Josue picked up and answered my questions kindly, promptly and reassuringly regarding information about my deceased grandmother’s possible creditors or debts and them attempting to collect on her behalf. Thank you again so much Josue!

Absolutely the most rudest and inept staff I have ever had to deal with. They can sure take you money in a hurry but when you part ways with them and youre trying to get back the balance of your retainer, good luck, its every excuse in the book as to why its taking so long.

I visited thier new office in Ontario. They listened to what I had to say. The were very friendly, professional and gave me great advice. I highly recommend there services.I give them high marks.

The worst experience, Cynthia Velasco, apart from being incapable, recommended a woman named Maria Sanchez/Francisca Sanchez to process the capital gains on my house. This woman asked me for $6,500, and I gave it to her for trusting Cynthia, who gave it to me. I present, the woman robbed me, I sued her, obviously I won the lawsuit, but she disappeared, I think they are a mafia, be careful, do not trust these people, scammers, they only want to get money, and I put Cynthia under investigation before the Bar CA lawyers, I hope they sanction her!!

Pure garbage. They do not know what they do. They are incompetent. They do not have or offer any ideas. Edna Fok doesnt even know how to speak. They are afraid to argue with other lawyers.
