I am totally satisfied with Josh, Ben and the entire firm! I was involved in a bike accident (hit from the rear by a car). Unfortunately the SD policeman, having not witnessed the accident, decided I was at fault!! Despite this, Josh and Ben were able to secure me a generous settlement!. Keep in mind that the accident happened just as COVID hit so they handled the entire case remotely. I can offer no higher praise than to recommend Gruenberg to my friends and family. Not even sure how they can represent someones interests with such low empathy approach. Josh was sassy on the phone. Their rate is cheap $320. They barely can compete with serious law firms in the court.

They helped my husband and his coworkers win a lawsuit. Very clean location, parking available. Super friendly staff. We definitely reccomend this place!
