Scott and his team did a great job making Samsung meet their obligations when I had a (too) expensive refrigerator fail after 2 years of ownership (and many repair calls). Samsung gave me the run-around for months. I handed off to Scott and his firm, and he got Samsung to fully refund the fridge cost and haul the broken fridge away. And, I didnt have to talk to Samsung again! I did not hire this firm, HOWEVER, I did have an excellent experience dealing with them. My case was not a cookie cutter lemon case, but nonetheless, a case worthy considering. In the end, I was able to resolve it on my own through the manufacturer for a full refund. Wasted months of my time on a case they didnt want to see to the end... because they didnt read the intake notes at to the desired outcome. If they didnt want the case they should have not taken it, or continued to take the case since they agreed to it. Communications often took many days and were disorganized, as I had to explain the entire situation many times.

2023-06-29 15:47:45Kaufman and Kavicky really out shine some of the first initial thoughts when u think of getting a lawyer because u have too. And I mean that in a positive way, hiring this firm. I dealt with Mr. Kaufmann and I believe I got the best advice and service out there for my situation (if u ever have to go against the number one Electric Vehicle Company in the country ..this is the firm to hire)… So I think you should give them a call and check what they also can do for you. 2023-05-30 18:28:50I am so glad I contacted Kaufman & Kavicky to help me with my Chevy Bolt. I was getting nowhere with the GM. I was attracted to this firm given all the 5 star reviews, and I can confirm the high ratings are warranted! Erica did a great job managing my case and delivering a great outcome. It costs nothing and results in a much better outcome than trying to go it alone.

2023-05-17 07:37:35I had purchased new car and one of the seats started wearing out in less than a year. I took it to the dealership and had the seat repaired under warranty. When I went to pick up my vehicle I found a different completely taken apart and not put back together. I was told to come back later to replace parts they broke on another seat. This went back and forth six times over the course of a year. The seat issue started to get worse with each repair. Bolts and screws were missing and clips were broken. Thats when I decided to contact Kaufman and Kavicky. They helped me in the past with another vehicle at a different dealership. They helped me get a settlement that allowed me to trade the car in for a different one. There were times when I didnt feel safe letting passengers rid with me because the seat was not completely attached.
