If there is a lower rating than one star I would have rated it at that . One of the worst experiences if not the worst experience I have ever encountered with a law firm. When I first called they made it seem like I’m their priority and they will do anything to help. But that was not the case. After 1 year and four months later I still haven’t heard anything back regarding my case I don’t even know where we are standing as far as the case goes. I have been trying to contact literally anyone from their office just to get an update with no luck. always placing me on hold always rude specially the phone answering desk. They wouldn’t make an appointment for me to speak to the lawyer in charge of my case they wouldn’t keep me updated, they wouldn’t answer any of my questions at all. If this is the last law firm on earth and I was in an accident again I’d rather not pursue the matter, then hire them again. Their attorneys or associates do not care about anyone and they will distance themselves from their clients to a point that up until this moment I don’t even know the name of the attorney that’s handling my Case. Ines is supposedly the supervisor that was supposed to reach out to make me an appointment to speak with the attorney who’s handling my case for months now I haven’t heard from her. Every time I ask about her she’s either on lunch or in a meeting. and I would leave her a message but never gotten a response back.

Left me in worse position then before hiring this law office. No communication and I was treated like I didn’t matter and I got nothing for my case, I was never granted proper medical treatment in which I can barely walk due to something wrong with my hip and neck . I was told because of where I live that I don’t have many options and my car was totaled by uninsured driver and I had the insurance coverage for uninsured motorists . My vehicle is still sitting in my yard totaled and was paid for blue book says it’s worth is $8,000 . But I’ve been told through a text message from attorney that they are sorry they won’t be able to help me . I have a disabled and blind mother who I cared for after having to make the decision to leave my 15 year career in the union for. And because I live in such a small to n without transportation she now is in skilled nursing over 1 hour away. My life has been turned upside down and I’ve been ignored and treated as if I was worth nothing. This just happened on Mother’s Day this year May 14 2023 and still no money no help no communication unless it’s through text . Left in complete darkness . How do I move on from this ? Just awful

I love this law firm and everything they did to help me get through my case. Everyone thinks that these cases are quick and easy like most commercials advertise. But here at KJ they were up front with me and let me know the whole truth, the whole REAL truth about the process. Although it was not quick, KJ was there every step of the way fighting for me. From property damage to My injuries. I got a way bigger settlement than I would have gotten if I would have stopped getting medical treatment. Please do not use this law firm. They are very unreliable. Ive been through 10 different case managers. My simple case has been dragged out for over a Year and a half. I keep getting the run around on it. Office managers never have any time to take a complaint over the phone. So maybe someone upstairs will see this .... I will not recommend my worst enemy to this place I make more money in a day then what they settled for they waisted my valuable time. Do not use KJ attorneys... Was supposed to receive my crumbs Nov 1st here we are December 1st still no crumbs and you know the attorneys gets way more then I got. I literally make my settlement in a day what a joke of lawyer

I would not recommend this Law office to anyone. They will not communicate effectively and did not pay for all of my medical bills. I was only given a very small amount out of my entire settlement by this Law office. About 90% of my settlement went to Law office fees and to pay for their doctor fees. I received a medical bill from the hospital and this office will no longer return my calls. Highly discourage anyone from working with this Law office as they are unprofessional and only looking for self interest. They take advantage of people who do not know better. Extremely bad experience and dont understand how they have so many high scores for reviews.

It is impressive, my husband had a court date, and the lawyers did NOT send the documents, nor did they show up. The judge was surprised by the poor attention they offered us. It was also bad advice and they have not contacted him. Not even to give an explanation. When they also agreed to send a copy of the case toour home. We changed law firms and they agreed to be better, they disappointed me since they do not close or follow up on the cases.
