Got pulled over for allegedly running a stop sign. Cop was waiting at the bottom of the hill for people to use tickets for. Took my case to them and Jerry assigned my lawyer to me. I received an illegal U-turn ticket. But I felt that I could contest it due to the circumstance of the situation. My accident happened about a year before Covid. I have injuries to my feet that, although not visible, they limited my ability to walk. I was referred to Kenny by friends of family, citing that he’s credible. He was able to get my car fixed and connected me with doctors to start my treatment. I was able to go for a few months before Covid hit. This, coupled with my limited mobility puts me in a depression that I just wanted to give up treatment and my case by not even picking up my phone or leaving the house. Kenny and his office was patient with me and thankfully I was able to snap out of it even though it took me more than a year. Despite this, they were able to continue my treatments while negotiating with the insurance company. The end result was that I was compensated for my time and trouble, and I am able to get the surgeries that I need. Car accidents and injuries are scary but you don’t have to go it alone. I had a car collision that I was hit in the rear bumper but the car driver accused me that I was the one hitting him. Ken was direct to the point addressing the problem that I forgot to take picture of the other car’s damage. I am so grateful to LA OC Lawyers Group. On my sixteen-hour drive moving to college, I got my first speeding ticket. It was a bad one. The officer claimed I was going over a hundred. The insurance price increase, fines, and other potential ramifications (such as getting my license removed for 30 days) would have made attending college nearly impossible. I don’t see how I could have overcome the financial and transportation-related obstacles. This is the second time I’ve used their services for traffic infractions within the last few years . Both times they’ve been successful in getting my cases dismissed and having the court refund my bail amount. Both tickets were for speeding. The first case was for 25mph over the limit and the second case for going 27mph over the speed limit. I found LA OC Lawyers Group on Yelp, and based on the reviews, I decided to give them a go. I was in a car accident with dash cam footage to prove that the other driver was at fault. After requesting a consultation through the Yelp app, I was contacted by Mr Nguyen. He was very patient and assuring. He immediately got me scene by a doctor. The first doctor that he sent me to, I did not care for. I informed Mr Nguyen and he immediately sent me to another doctor that I loved. The first doctor was in my same city, while the other doctor was about 20 minutes away. I did not mind driving to the other doctor, because she was really kind, knowledgeable and caring.In the meantime, Mr Nguyen stayed in touch with my insurance company and helped to quickly get me full compensation for the total loss of my vehicle. Had a car accident on the date of my first year anniversary! The person was doing a left turn without giving the right of way. As we were going straight, we T-boned the SUV and my co-workers 2012 Honda Accord was totaled. Yes, I was the passenger. Both of my knees were bruised badly as I hit the dashboard at about 35-40 MPH. After two weeks my left arm was started to feel numbness and with sharp unbearable pain on the left shoulder. Turn out it was herniated disc bulge on my neck which pressed the central nerve system. I had to right away see a pain management and took MRI to find out all these. Kenny jumped in right away and theres no time wasted. The doctor quickly scheduled and injected Epidural Steroid to release the pain. The pain had gone away and recovery continues for weeks and weeks. It really feels good when someone is there to take care of you. You can ask Kenny any question and he will answer it as soon as he can. Ive never tried to fight a ticket before because the thought of dealing with the LA court system was a nonstarter for me, but a friend referred me to LA/OC when I got a moving violation at the beginning of 2020 and Im very glad they did.
