Amazing attorney and human being. Cares more about others than himself, and has the most empathy I have seen in a man. And that is why I admire and look up to this man, because being around him makes me want to be a better person.. and it does! :)

During my orientation hearing I was representing myself in regards to the adversary case filed against me by Golden 1, Peter grabbed me on the way out of the courtroom and discussed representing me during the trail hearing. Within a week of retaining him as my attorney for this matter Golden 1 authorized their attorney to dismiss the case. This wouldn’t have been possible without Peter!

Dont support this attorney. He is very unprofessional, rude and I agree with other people on here dont ever pay him money first. He will act like he doesnt remember your case and once you start contacting him to find out about your case, he wants to act like he paid you instead like hes the boss, although youve already paid him to work on your case. This is very sad to say but hes only out there for the money not for his clients.

The worst EVER! NEVER PAY HIM without receipt. He tells you what you want to hear, Charged me $6000 for a one day trial and was never prepared, asked the same damn questions again and again and had no clue what the case was. keep saying settle for 25% I couldnt be more disappointed. THE WORST is an understatement.How about a Negative 10 Stars! Thats what he deserves. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING HE SAYS! All he wants to settle and dont do any work.Claimed he never received money when I have a BOA Receipt after a week, and filed to be removed fraudulently. Now Demands more money for doing the same work!NOTHING is worst than a lawyer you have to fight with and is on the other side. THATS HIM IN A NUTSHELL!

Overall I was happy and satisfied with their services. Peter definitely knows his stuff and I applaud his staff and him for helping me out. The only negative that I experienced in dealing with his office was one particular desk staff who could totally benefit from improving her people skills and attitude.I originally meant to put four stars out of five based on this one individual but then I realized that it wouldnt be fair to Peter to impugn on his work based on the rather condescending attitude of one of his staff especially since he did such an amazing job with my cases p.I would definitely recommend his service to anyone and cant let the negative demeanour of one person bring down the overall quality of his performance and the other staff who were Stern but very friendly.

I would highly highly recommend them to anyone seeking an expert advice dealing with bankruptcy and its proceedings. Horrible business! Sent me several bankruptcy notices, with name spelled incorrectly, that I have absolutely no relations to. When I called, Mr. Macaluso himself answered. Mr. Macaluso was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to address the issue that his office have been sending me notices that I have no corral or relations to; a couple from Redding. All he said was Okay well then send it back! Really?! I couldnt even soeak! He hung up on me. So guess what? I called back and gave him a piece of my mind. Guess thats all attorneys right? Bully, rude, condescending. If I continue to receive these nonsense notices from this office, I will file a complaint!!!
