I hired Milton Grimes in 1998 to help me with my case. He never asked my legal status in the US and made me initial a box on my plea agreement that is now making me deportable almost 20 years later. When I learned of my immigration consequences, I reached out to Mr. Grimes to see if he would help me amend the plea agreement. He wont accept my calls and his only comment is : I dont remember.This is so unfair for an attorney to do to his client. He should have asked me my legal status when I paid him $5000 to represent me, then he could have done some research with an immigration attorney to help him arrange a plea that did not have immigration consequences. I highly DO NOT recommend this man. Please Google him to find out more about how he treats his clients.
