If you are looking for a family estate attorney that divides families rather than bringing them together, Mitchell is your guy. Two weeks after my fathers death, my POA was revoked without as much as the courtesy of a phone call. Eventually, my POA was reinstated and Ostwald was terminated twice by my mother. He, however, refused to accept his termination and return my mothers files. It was not until he was mandated by the California State Bar to do so before he complied.
