Lawyer’s Realty is the team you want on your side when facing the daunting task of dealing with the foreclosure process and either resolving it or ensuring a productive sale.They handled a complex foreclosure and trustee sale challenge for myself with professionalism and consistent timely response to events as they occurred. Well worth every nickel in commission I paid them.If in need, don’t hesitate to contact them. I was skeptical at first, being a lifelong old skeptic, but was pleasantly surprised. From first contact to sale completion the process took about four months. The sale itself completed from listing to escrow close in just over 30 days. Impressive.

Lawyers Realty Group gets you a resolution! Our family was under extreme stress and sleepless nights dealing with a Zombie loan scam that was threatening to steal our home. We are so grateful that a Google search in the middle of the night led us to Lawyers Realty Group and connected us with Derik N. Lewis, Esq. He was our voice in this fight which resulted in a resolution in our favor. My take away from this has been to keep your documentation and keep it organized, even if its over 10 years old. We have to make sure we do our part so that someone like Derik N. Lewis, Esq can step in, fight for us, and or offer resources to get a resolution. I was referred to Derik Lewis and his company Lawyers Realty Group by a close friend during a very difficult time in my life, I had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I was in the process of modifying my home loan. Derik and his team fought for me so that I could stay in my home. Derik consistently followed up with the mortgage company so that my case was never neglected. Unlike most other lawyers, through out this difficult process Derik was always available to answer all of my question and explain the details of this complicated situation, in a way that was easy to understand. We worked with Derik Lewis to save our home fromforeclosure. We thought that we had ran out of options and were too far into the process to fix it. Derik and his assistant, Dionisia, were absolutely amazing through the entire process! Derik has extensive knowledge and experience. He knew exactly what to do regardless of all the aggressive tactics the mortgage company used. After struggling for two years to negotiate with our lender to modify our home loan, we were at the ropes end. I received a letter from Derik that I fortunately responded to. After only a few minutes of explanation, Derik knew my situation better than any other I had spoken with. We were, of course, wanting to keep the house, but we were losing hope that it would be possible. After all, no attorneys, whether BK or otherwise, gave us any substantive support other than offering to help us with a short sale!! But why would they? We were broke and desperate.Derik had a different plan. He would actually represent us with the mortgage holder. With his direct and regular involvement the miracle happened. The mortgage holder accepted a modification that works, and we have been in our home ever since and current.I cant emphasize how important it is to have legal representation on your side in dealing with the banks, but if you want real representation thats tenacious, honest, professional and successful, you must work with Derik and his team.I am eternally grateful to Derik. I even tried to offer any compensation he would accept. He would accept nothing. We will eventually sell our home to retire, and the only people I want working with us is Lawyers Realty Group.

Having a team of lawyers and real estate agents behind you is a powerful thing. In a more complicated transaction such as a short-sale, large banks and other agencies respond when paperwork is lawyer-perfect and legal letters get the ball rolling. A short-sale can be a long, unpleasant dance with the banks, but this team makes it so much easier. I could not recommend a better team!
