In my opinion they showed absolutely no interest in obtaining justice or meaningful restitution for the plaintiffs. Many of the victims had lost there homes, life savings, families and dignity yet received next to nothing in return. That said, I truly hold the courts and the judicial system equally responsible for the extremely poor outcome in this case. Ill never understand how a company as clearly corrupt and dishonest as Ocwen is remains in business. Well thats just my opinion on the subject.

Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP is a great law firm. In particular, Attorney Todd Walberg, Esq. is an exceptional attorney. He is professional, intelligent, client driven and when it comes right down to it really he believes in making someone who has been wronged/injured right.He really seems to care about his clients. I had a situation where my case had been turned down by several attorneys, then one took my case, held on to it for a year, then dumped me saying he did not think we could win.Todd Walberg took it over when it was just months away from the stature of limitations for filing running out.Needless to say he was able to get a VERY nice settlement for my case. He and his Paralegal Greg Waskiewicz worked tirelessly to make sure there was no stone unturned to ensure everything was done to maximize any recovery of my injuries in my case. These are great people and a reputable law firm that you want on your side if something unexpected happens in your life.
