Maison law immigration office is the best immigration office in Bakersfield. I strongly recommend it. My brother was a Legal Permanent Resident (green card holder), and unfortunately, he encountered criminal charges and got his green card revoked, which led to deportation. After going to different lawyers outside Bakersfield, no one gave us hope. We got various responses, and some even told us his deportation was for life. Fortunately, we found Maison Law’s office, which gave us hope and explained the process of his case thoroughly. The attorney, Rozanna Gasparian, Legal assistant Sylvia, Paralegal Sissi, and all the staff helped tremendously with his case. All his paperwork was submitted promptly, from getting his charges dismissed to appearing before an immigration judge in court and submitting his renewal of I-90. Also, very helpful in answering any questions, doubts, or concerns. My brother is now again a Legal Permanent Resident (green holder) and is back in the USA. We are just incredibly thrilled to have him back, and after so many years, it was worth the wait. We thank God for leading us to such an incredible immigration office. We will forever be thankful for the hard work and dedication the office put into my brother’s case. I highly, highly recommend it. Their work ethic is tremendously impeccable.

Our case was left to this office after they took over Andre Fishkins clients. I had no other choice than to stay here since I was at the end of my sons process. Needless to say the employees here are very arrogant, there isn’t an attorney at the office all the time so maybe that’s why the paralegal and assistant take advantage to treat the clients how they do. The only nice one is the receptionist you can tell she has an education. The other two are unorganized, you show up and they are never clear about what they need there for you have to keep going back. When Andrew Fishkin was there it was a different story but who ever owns the office now should really take a look at how they treat the clients. Rude and arrogant at its best I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

My mom had her first appointment with the Paralegal on 08/24/2021. She was very rude from the beginning. She did not even introduce herself. She doesn’t have customer service skills at all. She makes you feel like a criminal the entire appointment, as she was very aggressive and rude. Per my parents Mr. Fishkin is rude as well. He doesn’t let the clients explain their problem(s) and express themselves. We are going to have another appointment with them. I will update this review if it gets better.

First of all the staff in there is rude. When you walk in no one greets you or ask if they can help. I had a case with them. Where I was detained Mr. Andrew made lots of promises which of none he kept. In the span of 3 months,while I was detained my family paid him about 13 thousand dollars. He promised to get me out of detention. And if he couldnt he said he could get me out in 6 months with a work permit. He didnt deliver on any of these I was released on a 30,000 bail which my family paid because he said if they didnt get me out I would be deported. Once out he said he could get me a work permit which later he went back on saying he never said any of the above things. I continued to pay him 500 dollars a month. For a year the last 3 months I fell behind on payments but still tried to pay 200-400 dollars when possible to show them I was trying.i even talked to the lady from finance and mr fishkin they both told me that they would work with me out as long as I tried.I met with him in December 22 where we talked about my case and my upcoming court.we agreed on what I wanted to be done and he explained to me the new application fee would be added on to my balance. Also that his workers would contact me.I was contacted the 22 of January and I was asked for my Adress to confirm that day just to be called a week later to be told I needed to pay them and additional 1000 so he could continue with my case. Which the lady was very rude telling me I should have known from the beginning of the year even tho I didnt qualify for that specific application at that time. She also said she didnt have communication with me which is not true,because in a span of one month they talked and called me four times and never once inform me about the 1000 dollars.they kept talking my late payments without ever saying there was any problems. January 27,2017 I received a letter saying that me fishkin filed a letter saying he would no longer represent me at my court feb 14 due to me failing to make any payments and failing to file a new application. When I called their office to see if I could do anything,they told me he filed the motion to not represent me two days before I was even notified. So after spending 15,000 I have no work permit,no green card, still have An immigration bracelet on and no lawyer two weeks before my court date. All he did was take my money and I feel like thats all they want at the end of the day is money because they sure as hell dont want to help.I hope people take the time to read this before using him. Also if you go talk to other lawyers they will tell you that he is known to make cases longer to get more money.

I was referred to Andrew Fishkin through multiple friends, but was hesitant after reading the negative reviews.And while I won’t go into the specifics of my case, my experience was very positive and I urge those who were in a similar position as me to consider the following:1.) Whenever you visit a professional’s office – whether that be a lawyer, doctor, etc., you pay for their experience, knowledge and education level. Personally, I would rather pay more for someone who is more qualified in all of these areas. What is the point in paying a lower price or having ‘nicer’ employees if they aren’t good at what they do? When I pay, I want to be sure that I am investing my time and money in someone who has experience so I have the highest chance of success.2.) Going into a professional’s office, nothing is ever guaranteed, and it seems like people are under the impression that this is not the case. When we are prescribed medicine or treatment by a medical professional, we know that each body is different and there is never a 100% guarantee that it will be effective. A lawyer is the same, each case is unique, some are much harder to win than others, and you never know what the courts or judge will decide – and these are all out of the hands of the lawyer. We pay for this understanding the risk, and during my case, I was repeatedly reminded that nothing is ever guaranteed but that they would try their best. Only an unqualified, fraud lawyer could guarantee success. Please don’t be ignorant, and become educated on the reality of the law and court system.3.) You need to follow the lawyer’s directions. If they ask for something, give it to them. How can you expect them to have complete and accurate work if you won’t cooperate. Why would you even invest time and money if you’re not proactively trying to solve your issue? I was given clear and complete instructions on what would be needed out of me, and I had a very smooth experience.When I visit a professional, I’m looking to invest in someone I trust and who has the knowledge and experience that can help me the most. This is exactly the experience I had with Andrew Fishkin, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services in immigration law.

ALL that He said in his advertisement is false the only thing that He cares is hes EGO and how much he will pay for it. Thanks to having the resources, we no longer had to deal with this office and we hired a new lawyer. On August 1, the lawyer called my wife because she was offended that we complained about her service. They were supposed to fix the problem. Then on August 16 we had an appointment so they used it to continue harassing us about the same issue that had already been clarified with the lawyer. Any complaint you have is not investigated because the lawyer is the daughter of the Paralegal who does the paperwork, for that reason the Paralegal feels entitled to insult you and waste your time in appointments. The problem had already been resolved with the lawyer, but the Paralegal wanted to continue talking about the issue and thought that as clients we had to put up with her. It was so much so that she even said that we had not paid her anything directly. The lady was too funny to do this to her daughter and son-in-laws office. So keep in mind that the office belongs to the husband of the paralegals daughter. Can you see why this is a problem, if you complain who are you supposed to tell? To the mother to tell her daughter, and the daughter to call you angry because you are complaining. And the husband doesnt even notice what they are doing with his name, all because he wants to keep the mother-in-law and wife entertained by playing legal office.The offices response is the clear example of why you cant complain about customer service. The approvals came when Attorney Andrew was in charge of this office. This lawyer clearly thought that she and her mother would be treated with respect after how they were treating us. We arrived and the first thing her mother did was tell us “What do you want,” since she had made an appointment for us to finish what was pending. We had not yet sat down when he began to argue, thinking that he was going to intimidate us with his shouts and that we would not take the case with another lawyer. He thought we didnt have the resources to pay another lawyer. She was offended by a complaint and wanted to use the time of our appointment to yell about it, keep in mind that the only thing missing was to deliver letters from our work. And now they say that we came in offending. The worst thing of all is that we never met the lawyer who took the case after reaching a deal with Andrew Fishkin where he left his clients and advised those who were already approved to stay with Maison law. The problem here was that the money had already been paid in full to Andrew because he was the one who had been hired from the beginning. The paralegal was Andrews employee and he made the serious mistake of recommending her because he thought they would give us the same respect and treatment as when he was there. This office has a lot of time to respond to each client that leaves them. If they were in need of money, they would have better told us to pay them again because that was clearly the problem. If they took the time to do their job like they do to respond to reviews, they wouldnt have so much complaining. With the simple fact that his paralegal was giving legal advice without a lawyer present where he said “California cannot give you custody of a child born in Mexico, because that custody has to be requested in a Mexican court,” from that moment on we We realized that things had changed. And we still gave them the opportunity to do their job well. But things continued to get worse. Even our address is wrong because he never checked how it was spelled. When he asked us for documents, he did so at the appointment, since my wife called him beforehand to verify that we would occupy.

This is the worst lawyer anyone could ever look for. He is a despot in every sense of the word.It doesnt let the client talk, especially if your case is complicated in some way.It only takes 5 minutes to tell you that there is nothing to do. but the cost of the consultation is the same.This type of lawyer is called legal thieves.This is the worst attorney you want to hire. If your case is a bit complicated, he wont let you talk, if you try to explain, he will stop you immediately, assuring that you have no chances at all, and with only 5 minutes of his time, the consultation cost won t change..This is what we call, legal robbers..Sorry for not being able to say anything good about this person..

Very bad, he didnt let me finish the question when he interrupted me, and I asked him something and he answered something else that didnt fit the question, and in less than 5 minutes he hung up on me, leaving me talking to myself, thats not worth it if we pay for an answer clearly and so that they guide us and help us and they only steal our money, very bad way because on their part the net does not seem professional at all

Ami I lowered $6000. a thousand dollars and its not or nothing.....No You paralegal does not speak English, my daughter who is asking me was born here, she finished high school and is in college. Hey, he told your paralegal that he didnt understand his English... your paralegal thinks he speaks English but he doesnt... and you after charging me almost $6000 Dollars. I wanted to charge $1500 dollars more for a Power of Attorney... thats why I went to another person who only charged me $280. Dollars..
