Roxanne is amazing at making this complicated subject as simple as can be. I never knew how valuable her service is until our family went though the process. There are alot of loopholes to jump through while dealing with a death in the family. Roxanne is always in your corner making sure you and your family understands what is going on and how to navigate a very complicated system. I wish I knew her sooner so we could set up our trust earlier to avoid all those issues.

The McDowell & Cotter are the best group of Lawyers in the Bay Area! They have such a great reputation, they had been helping so many people for many years. I also personally enjoy their many classes that they offer to Insurance Agency Owners such as my self, I did learn so much from their classes and am able to utilize it in helping my insureds know the importance of being aware of legal matters especially if they own a Home(s) or owners of a business, and have several types of Insurance policies and/or have children. I recommended them to meet with the McDowell & Cotter lawyers for peace of mind.
