When I first heard about lucid dreaming, it immediately piqued my interest and I knew I had to learn how to do it. A friend recommended the Mind Awake app and now I cant get enough. The guided courses and meditations are extremely clear and easy to follow.What surprised me about the app was how it introduced me to a new way to think about mindfulness. Im able to address difficult emotions in my sleep. This has honestly made me so much more relaxed and less anxious throughout the day. Mind Awake provides the tools you need to lucid dream. I first had a lucid dream in college but didnt know it was something I could get better at. After following Mind Awakes steps and paying close attention to the app, I have been able to lucid dream almost on command. Though Im no expert, lucid dreaming allows me to reduce stress and spend my sleeping hours thinking about the things I want to think about. Had a discussion with a friend about training your brain for lucid dreaming and told him I was skeptical. He pointed me toward this app and I didnt expect much, but this thing is awesome.Had my first lucid dream last night and Im excited to try it out more.

Must download! This is the best lucid dreaming course ever, I’m remembering my dreams and I had my first lucid dreams after trying this app. Highly recommend!
