Rear ended at a red light.we could take it where we want but anything they dont aprove is out of pocket so we had to settle for used parts as replacement for the cars parts as a repair. a car that had no accidents. 2019. is getting repaired with used parts.spent a month arguing with Henry about need imaging. kept sending me to doctors 2+ hours away from me. I am disabled. didnt get a estimate or the car in the shop until they dropped us as clients.this attourney gave no updates for 2 weeks while my father passed away they sat around doing nothing.his office staff called me separately in regards to my claim and just caused confusion and trouble.she cancelled a appointment I agreed to go to as long as I get imaging done before they start treatment. and treatment can be telemed. the office lady said if I need injections Ill have to go to the actual facility.Im already receiving treatment from on going health care proffesionals for my birth defect.so I informed her I wont be doing injections especially not before they do imaging. I have a fused spine I dont need a quack digging with needles into my spine.she took that as a cancelation of the appt.then Henry messaged and called me accusing me of canceling my appointment.not 5 minutes later they cancelled representation.this firm is absolutey rediculous.i hired the attourney to make this process go over smoothly and they did the opposite.2 days after his cancelation of representation the car has a estimate i have a rental i have imaging scheduled and and the car is in the shop for its repairs.henry wasted a month of my time. dont let him do the same to you.after telling them we dont have the money to drive 2+ hours away and being sent to a chiropractor who wanted to see us 3 times a week (in gas tbats about 100 in gas a week) he started doing adjustments before even getting imaging done after the accident. we wasted gas to go somewhere to see someone who has no medical knowledge of my condition.after being told this he continued to say he can do light adjustments for me.kept accusing me of canceling the appointments when 2 weeks out of the entire month we were out of town and informed him of this situation of dad being in a hospice bed about to take his eol medication.says I called names when all I did was call them out for not doing the job they were hired to do. aside from sending us to doctors who didnt care to get imaging done.when I called them out they tried to tell me its my fault.so I read them the entire text thread proving it was not my fault that the car wasnt getting any process done.after uploading documents I requested a update. no update. that was a week after the accident before we left to grieve a passing family member.so its our fault that it took so long and its our fault for not getting a update.this office takes no responsibility and the reply they sent proves it.simply denying the truth doesnt make your lie any more true.you sent a disabled person with pre existing spinal conditions to a chiropractor after a car accident.you arent proffesional on personal injury, my experience showed me that. instead of listening you decide to disengagehave a happy holidays i appreciate all the *help you gave.p.s. sharing my experience online couldve been a good review. instead here we are. except my experience is a factual historical timeline of events. yours is more along the lines of canceling appointments and blaming me for canceling them.

This place and service totally sucks, I would deter anyone from using their firm. My wife and I were paid out a couple months ago and there are 13 year old daughter Donnia still has not been paid out. The accident happened October 3rd of 2022 and it has now been and we settled out of court. The other insurance company already paid this firm for our daughter which was mercury insurance but for some reason the are not paying out our child or its on hold as we signed the release of this check over a month ago. Me and my now ex boyfriend retained this company after getting rear ended by a semi truck. All throughout the time which was well over a year, Steve Y and his associates guaranteed life changing numbers as a result. So at the end of the day I end up with 3637.67 for getting rear ended by a semi when my ex was driving. I went through all the necessary treatment and after 2 reviews m and y asked me to take down to negotiate for a better settlement, I am here now expressing the lies and struggle of dealing with this law firm. I originally had another law firm fighting my case. M and y stated the they were going to fight for the highest amount and my number would be life changing. This did not happen the only time I get any response is when I voice the truth behind the lies, I believed. They said Christina we will work to make everything right if I take down my reviews but I received no response since. This is sad, I am a single mother with 2 daughters and they wanted me to continue to go through treatment with doctors for more money, however, I refuse to paralyze myself or make myself in a worst condition with my health due to the car accident when their doctors end up at the end taking most of the money. Something is not right please reconsider when signing your life away to this law firm.

I got rear ended by a big rig when exiting the freeway with extreme force that could have snapped my neck back, if the headrest wasnt there. The impact was so hard that it made me feel so dizzy and my body was shaking from the impact. The CHP was contacted and did the police report, A few weeks later I picked up the police report from my local CHP police station and did a google search and found M&Y (Personal Injury Lawyers). Althroughout the time which was well over a year Mr. Yamen & hes associates guaranteed me Life Changing Numbers as a result. I got hit by a car at the end of 2021 and M&Y took on my case at the beginning of 2022. I only spoke to one of the actual lawyers once months down the line. Karina Ramos was great at the beginning and through the process of getting medical treatment. The overall communication from M&Y is inconsistent however. When it came time to negotiate the settlement, they negotiated significantly less than I was hoping for(I literally got hit by a car while I was crossing a crosswalk) and I was not contacted at all during any of the negotiations. This was honestly incredibly infuriating. Marta is a nice woman and was helpful during the process but when I signed my settlement document she changed her extension and I was unable to reach her at all afterwards. Karina also stopped taking my calls. Daniel Stevens, the accountant, ended up helping finish out the process to ensure that my check was delivered to me and he was a massive help and was super understanding. The biggest problem with M&Y is their communication. Its honestly quite terrible but they do their jobs and do it well, and I am definitely grateful that they took on my case. Just wish the communication during the entire process was better.

Do not hire this law firm unless you want unprofessional people who do not know what they are doing to screw you over. They took on my case and from the beginning I had issues with the case manager assigned to my case I couldnt understand her and she was hard to get in contact with. she told me to get a rental and to pay out of pocket and she would be sure to get me reimbursed. I paid for months only to be told this might not happen by another new case-manger who took my case. They told me they made a mistake since I didnt have insurance they would go after the other person to reimburse me but when this didnt happen they said dont worry we wont take a fee and just help you get a settlement.Liars just dropped my case after all the trouble so they didnt have to deal with it and now Im left with medical bills and a huge debt of paying back the rental. I am undivided in giving them five stars or one so I chose three for the fact that I am very disappointed in the outcome of the whole thing. Its now going on 3 weeks or better yet 24 days since I signed the paperwork to settle the case and yet I have not received any payment just yet. According to the defense they have sent the check last Wednesday morning with overnight delivery and yet I am being told that they have not received anything yet. I asked for a tracking number and yet the firm forgot to ask for one. I am in constant contact with my attorney and he is trying his best to get some sort of an answer. I dont know how long you are supposed to wait for you to receive your settlement but I believe that 20+ days is a little too long. So I am asking myself if for whatever reason the check was either not sent and they are blowing smoke up my attorneys butt or the delivery people seen the amount of the check and took it or that it was delivered and it was misplaced and that person doesnt want to be in trouble for loosing it but being a above average lawyer and the amount that is being taken out for the firms cut of the check you would think that someone would be on this and calling them and not only relying on email after email for a response from the other side. Its that part I am not understanding because the amount of payment that they will receive would have made me want to get them on the phone and answer the reason why they are saying it was sent last week and never received. But that is just me.As far as my attorney I give him five stars plus for carrying and his friendship throughout this ordeal. This is the only complaint I have concerning this firm. Other than that would I hire them again if I should have anything like this in the future? Hell yeah I would. Would I expect a better ending? Damn right I would but again no questions about it. Liars and frauds. Their employees only last about a year or less before leaving the firm. McKenna left without notice as I was trying to get medical treatment. I am out of state and retained Steve Yamin and Daniel Reeves for my personal injury claim, with severe injuries, to represent me against a negligent driver when I was in SoCal. They were great for about one month until it became apparent they were liars and frauds. They would not arrange medical treatment in my home state of Arizona, even though they claimed specifically that they would. I received zero dollars from my property damage that they offered to help with. They are preventing me from retaining a new attorney with their ridiculous lien on my claim for little to no work done. Had a car accident back in 2013 where another driver made a left into my vehicle using a car rental. My car was totaled and I had injuries that I hadnt initially felt right at the time of the accident but the morning after. I was advised to just go through my own insurance and to take a settlement, and Im glad I went with my gut and sought out a lawyer. They came recommended from an alternate law firm that didnt have the time to handle my case. Right from the first visit to my office, the only thing I had to do was provide them with what happened and photos from the accident. They handled the rest. Do not use them this company is doing fraudulent things. First they had me get a medical injection I told them I didnt want they said I h ad to if I wanted to get paid, and told me I would get a higher percentage of the settlement for doing so. Then they gave me the run around after the insurance already agreed on settlement amount. M&y said they needed time to talk to there doctors for settlement agreement when I call again a month later they saying now some health insurance I never had is putting a hold on the settlement when I ask for proof of this hold nothing was sent and I was hung up on. I am still in the process of figuring out how to get the money they have already collected and are keeping from me.

Steve and the staff are awesome!I got hurt in a car accident when some idiot hit me. I needed help dealing with the insurance company because they weren’t being fair. I also needed medical treatment and I didn’t know how to get it. Got into a bad scooter accident because of a horrible sidewalk. Contacted M&Y and they were on the case. They explained the process and helped me out. The office helped me with paperwork and legal things. They were very helpful. They did the necessary procedures to get a settlement. They took care of all the legal stuff. I got a huge settlement out of it. I would use them again if another accident happens.

I will admit I was very nervous about hiring a personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles because of all of the negative things I have heard. But M&Y became MY favorite law firm after my case.
