I will never use this service. The response from the website would not work. I emailed them and called them. They seemed less than interested to obtain my business. I needed a response to a custody order filed and served, with no communication from the company, even after two follow up calls I got no confirmation document was received by site or by email. And then to get the service cost, they failed to be able to provide a cost for the service. All around fail from these guys. Only focused on their legal clients. They care not for you if you are not a client racking up a bill.

I have used Nationwide Legal for court filings, process serving, messenger service and county clerk recordings. The firm I am with now has used them for years. I have nothing but praise for this company. Their employees work very hard to please the customer and get the job done right. They are always courteous and professional.

I called ‘Nationwide Legal’ to find out if My Ex- Husband is Married Today. After 27 years I did Not want to Disrespect him or Upset the Dynamics of His Family, if he was Married.This Man answered the Phone (did not bother asking his name). I asked him one simple question & he Abruptly Cut me off while I was Speaking.It was Obvious he did Not like dealing with Women. He was Not conducting business as if he wanted any. JUST PLAIN RUDE.I don’t know about the Company, but if they hire People like him....that tells Me all I need to know!I had to hang up!Just Sayin.......

I was contacted by these people via my voicemail and they claimed that they had served me with a summons for court but I never got served. They went on how they had served me with proof but that was nothing but a lie. Furthermore they used tellemarking robo calls and and when I told them I am on a national do not call list for robo calls they ignored my statement and just kept with their threats. They have done nothing but violate Federal Law.

You decide to call our company up have us get our process server ready to pick up documents and then you decide to cancel however you decide not to let us know and we have to call twice to find that out.
