I dont usually write reviews for any business, but for this one, I felt I must.Im writing behalf of my father who got a red light traffic ticket and doesnt speak a word of English. He got a ticket, and with over $500 fee and traffic school thats required, he didnt know what to do. I was skeptical when I started with Scott, thinking I might be losing more money by hiring him when I received a traffic light camera ticket. But not only did Scott get the charges dismissed, his fees were much less than anything I would have paid, or even my own time to go fight it by myself. I have never used an attorney before for a traffic violation, however these are unique times. Man am I sure glad I did! Scott was super professional, hands on and did wonders with my two speeding tickets. End result: One ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and traffic school for the other, which I completed in a couple hours today. I can echo everyone else’s comments by saying that Scott’s communication and followup are second to none. Timely updates at critical milestones, clear communication of all steps and processes. Never a dropped ball or any ambiguity. All calls and emails promptly returned. Ultimately I did not get the result I wanted (dismissal) but the result I needed (reduction of charges to make me eligible for traffic school). He is very knowledgeable at what he does and i actually couldnt believe my ears when he called me and told me that he got two of my complicated high speeding tickets day apart from each other dismissed. Not only did he do that, he also got citing deputy for one of my tickets on two week suspension for violation of departments policies and for wrongfully issuing a citation to me on top of disposing my drivers license in the middle of the highway that by the way i got reimbursed by the department for.... 2023-09-25 19:15:18Allegedly, I did not come to a full stop at a red light before turning right. Motorcycle cop was right there like a hawk. He said I was going slow enough and he was going to let me go but he said my exhaust was too loud so he decided to go after me. I dont think it was too loud and neither does Scott Ball. I won my trial by written declaration that Scott prepared for me. I retained Scott immediately after I got my ticket and he filed all the paperwork that day. I then received notice that I won my trial 2 days before I was supposed to originally have my court hearing, which was 6 weeks after my alleged infraction. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of my case and the service from Scott and his team and would recommend them to anyone.

2023-08-11 21:32:59I received a red light camera ticket in Los Alamitos. It was over $500 and required traffic school. Shortly after receiving the ticket, I received a letter from Scott Ball stating he could help fight the ticket or my money back. All I had to do was give the ticket information, pay his reasonable fee and the rest was in his hands. I was skeptical at first, but he did not let me down.Scott appeared in court on my behalf and kept me updated via email on the status. He was able to amend the violation. No traffic school and no point to my driving record!I will definitely recommend him to others!

Even though I still had to pay $250 for their services, it was worth it because I still saved on paying even more in fees and the ticket was dismissed. Thank you!

2023-09-11 07:37:18I have used Scotts legal services twice now for two minor traffic violations and he got me out of both of them! I had another one a few years before and I shouldve called him. However, since it has been 3 years, the minor traffic violation got cleared up. Either way giving him a call to represent me wouldve have given me a peace of mind. If you have a traffic ticket then call him ASAP!PS: this happened like two years ago and more but I came across his page and still wanted to leave him a positive review because he deserves it :). I got a red light ticket not so long ago and I reach out to Scott and I gotta say he did a great job on my case he went to court for me and got me with a no point on my license and no traffic school. He was able to get a reduced for my ticket. I highly recommend for friends and family thanks Scott and keep up the great work!

2023-11-18 18:38:32Scott and I had few stuff going on past few weeks. They got me with a red light violation ticket and an old ticket that happened 5 years ago.Not gonna lie, I dont believe lawyers at all. I just dont like them and I dont trust them. So the Government got me and a lawyer will help me to fight against the government? no. no. i doubted it.but If I really have to choose one to trust between the government and the lawyer, it would be the lawyer because at least im paying for his service. okay. so i had to try with a string of doubt.and i was right. The fee is 500. I paid the lawyer 250 and Scott fought the case and got me a reduced charge which makes me pay 250. So overall, Its same as paying the ticket straight, money wise. (actually 50 cent lower. 50 cent) They tricked me. I dont save nothing.I lost. the Government won. Lawyer won.Everyone made money except me. I was the pie provider. nothing is reduced or dismissed. And I told this to Scott and he waived partal off his fees. because even the reduced fee was higher than he thought.Thats where I felt oh. this sir is not all for money, partnered with the government. but really for the people. Because he does maintain that customer satisfaction is his #1 priority.okay. I feel better. Everyone says that but nobody means it. But Now I had an another case. happened in 2017. I asked him what to do on a summon date. because its so old. and he was kind enough to explain on what to do and what to expect for free. He did say he can take the case for me for $250 but Advice and knowledge share was given to me by his willingness to help people.I still have this trial soon next month and update how it went after.but so far Scott is different. responsive, responsible, and willing to make customers happy although it causes his loss.update: so i followed his instruction and my case was dismissed. saved money and trouble.
