Doña... Sarah, you have to do better. There is no need to be rude when I literally asked for the MALE tax preparer when I called. My questions were for him because he helped me, not you. Being short and unprofessional because you were not who I wanted to speak to was uncalled for! You could simply say his name, say hes not available and then we could proceed but your manners are rusty and because youre an elder I didnt check you verbally. However, its 2021 and writing this review to let you know people dont like ugly business will take care of what I didnt say before I hung up! You alone just made me reconsider doing taxes here ever again tbh! Smh.... UPDATE: I literally had to come into the office to try to speak to someone in regards to my question and she was the only one working there she said she texted me to a number I had like two years ago (funny enough she texted me to my new number once I left and as Im writing this review) when I just did taxes an updated all my info we ended up getting a lil too loud for comfort in front of customers... I kept asking for an appointment to sit down with her for 15 minutes to ask my general questions regarding taxes she kept trying to avoid answering any questions she didnt want to give any information I literally ended up having to say my personal business in front of two other clients to get my point across and things escalated to the point where I had to walk away and at this point I am never returning what a horrible experience!! She needs to retire immediately! Shes clearly burnt out and angry. Sad because I really liked her daughter Veronica (super helpful) nothing against the business its simply a matter of how you conduct business that matters even during off season Doña Sara!

Im glad I came to Pacific Travel. They were so nice & extremely helpful. They used their years of travelling experience to help me plan my trip as well as offer me numerous tips. My coworker has been going to them for 7 years & Im happy that he recommended them to me. Thank you Pacific Travel for everything.

I must say these people are very old school and get to right to business, I was backed up 3 years with my taxes and they really came through for us. Thank you Sara and your staff for the prompt and professional service. We are located in Hawthorne Ca, but we found a new accountant.PACIFIC TRAVEL

Love this place the people there are great. My parents have done there taxes here and now I’m doing them in the same place the owner Sarah doesn’t play games tells it like it is which a lot of people don’t like to hear she stands behind her work and guarantees her refund she will back you when it come to the IRS
