I am so happy, grateful and blessed to have had such a kind and compassionate attorney represent me. Peter K. Levine .he worked diligently to get the facts when I was working with all Emotions and didnt make it easy..he was patient and I felt like family....I would recommend his firm all day long ..Mr. Levine is who you want fighting for your rights..

Worst lawyer ever. I had a labor case in which Mr. Levine lost discovery, refused to get an expert witness which would of helped the case greatly, and really didnt understand the case. He entirely missed the points in the law that would of proved my case. He was sanctioned by the court but was fortunate enough that when I eventually settled he was let off the hook from having to pay any sanctions.The judge, almost immediately, upon start of the trial, showed a dislike for Mr. Levine. In fact it was Mr. Levines recommendation that we go to trial without a jury, thus letting the judge decide the case. Mr. Levine kept saying what a good judge, etc. The judge had to rule twice on the case due to his first ruling being outside the scope of the trial. The judge was so favorably admired by Mr. Levine he overlooked the biggest and most important fact about the judge, he is super conservative and rules in favor of the defendant in most labor cases. Mr. Levines judgement was way off in choosing a trial by judge and who the judge really is. A lawyer is supposed to know and have the experience to make these types of judgments. Mr. Levine failed in all instances.
