Marc negotiated lien releases for several real estate properties serving as collateral for an SBA loan. He worked with the brokers, title officer and walked everyone through this complicated maze. We defaulted on an SBA loan that was eventually transferred to Treasury. Marc and Alex filed an action with the SBA Office of Hearings & Appeals asserting several legal defenses. The SBA ultimately agreed to a settlement that reduced the debt by 95%. Thank you, thank you, thank you Protect Law Group!

I paid and hired this group because I thought they cared about my well being. Not only did I over pay for the poor service I received, but I was also treated with disrespect. Stay away and dont fall for their say anything to get you to sign tactics. Yes I didnt get the result I was hoping for, but there is not excuse for the lack of response to my questions, telling me your going to do something and then dont, and then blaming me after screwing me of $5,000. Just stay away. They don’t know what they are doing.
