David and team exceeded our expectations on all levels. My sister was in a terrible accident with the other party who was at fault denying responsibility and putting the blame on her. I was looking to help her find a good lawyer. David was highly recommended to us. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can honestly say that David and team was Godsend. Everything you would want in a Lawyer. Kind, professional, genuine, and knowledgeable, great at what they do and trustworthy. He was also very patient with all our questions as well as in explaining everything to our satisfaction.After our first meeting with him we walked out of his office with both my sister and myself feeling she was in great hands.David and team secured a great settlement for her. Dave Richards and his team helped me retrieve a very satisfactory settlement from the auto insurance companies after I was hit by a drunk driver in December of 2022. Dave and his team worked hard to negotiate with the other drivers very uncooperative auto insurance company. They also worked hard to negotiate my medical bills, and they even negotiated with my medical insurance company. The whole time they were very responsive to calls and emails, and very professional, transparent, and honest. I would have been lost at sea without their assistance. I am very happy with their service, and I highly recommend that you give them a call!

I highly recommend this firm! I primarily worked with Nichole. I also interacted with David, and their paralegal, Lauren. My case wasnt a major one, but it still mattered to Nichole. The entire team exuded compassion and kindness throughout the journey. I always received prompt responses and updates, no matter how big or small. David Richard really went to bat for me!My entire experience with David Richard was beyond any expectations that I had. David is a rare combination of caring and professional. He personally answered all my questions and updated me on the progress of my case. David was able to explain legal terms in simple matter of fact terms, and yet I never felt that he was talking down to me. He even went as far as calling me to check in how I was recovering from surgery! Davids entire staff is superb, with a special honorable mention to Nicole who was also knowledgeable and professional.
