He was very upfront with how the legal system looks at divorce. Explained in a simple way then helped with options. Then after cyphing $7k from me he didnt fight for my case instead he sided with my ex and helped her win the case. He never even allowed me to appear in my own lawsuit case. He was given 3 months notice to file with the court for remote access but instead lied to me saying he didnt receive know. When I looked it up it showed his office signed for the notice. Horrible attorney. Very greedy. When I asked for my money back he said I would be receiving $2500 back and when he drained it I only got 800. He is not worth going to for legal matters I highly suggest staying away.

Hes a good lawyer. The staff is also great. I ran into many complications, but none of the complications were Mr. Cervantes fault. The court has very strict policies and procedures that we must follow.

Really bad experience never faith for my interest I give all the paper work regarding domestic violence, child support or alimony, also he send somebody to replace him in court and she dont have any acknowledge about the case. Bad person and no professional comportment at all!He just ask what do you wants me to do?I just said you are the attorney not me!!

Ok so I paid this guy 1000 dollars to do something for me basically let court know i have custody of my son, he printed and submitted some cookie cutter paper also charge me for consultation fee so 1060 dollars for a piece of paper his paralegal printed. And nothing got done, I found out yesterday when I went to court nothing was done for me, top of the line scum this s bag lawyer is robbed me of 1060 for nothing. Robbed a low income poor single dad.

Charge double consultation even tho already talk about the same, talk to other lawyers theres no charge like this. Also charged 1000 to push some papers without court hearing. This place more about taking your money than helping you, also left wallet here lost all my cash, if you wanna feel or get robbed then proceed with these people .

He Handley a case for me years ago. Feel he sold himself out. I filed a complaint with the Barr but apparently was too late for my own case.
