Where do they get all these 5 star reviews? My experience was totally different from what I read in the reviews. We seeked their service based on their 182 5-star reviews. I have my doubts they are legitimate.My wife got into an auto accident and was hurt so I called to retain a lawyer to represent her. On the first call, a lady answered Law Firm, and I was kind of surprised to hear such a drab tone. I explained my wifes situation and she transferred me to David Smith, who advised us to seek urgent care and get back to him ASAP. We immediately went to the nearest urgent care and made an appointment for a chiropractor. When we came back home, I called them again and someone else answered with the same drab tone, so I asked for a David Smith and she didnt seem to know who he was. I described that I spoke to him earlier in the morning and she said she will forward my message to him. This was in the afternoon, so I waited until the next day and still no calls. I called them again and the lady said she will forward my message again. Another lady named Lizzette called but I missed the call. I returned her call and she took my info and a brief explanation of what happened. She said she will pass this info to one of their attorneys and will get back to me on the hour. Its been two days and counting and no one has called. With this kind of service I doubt Id get the service my wife deserved so I went with another law firm.
