I am so unhappy about my case, my attorney is no help at all his name is Joseph D. (Joe) Martinez. When I call him he never answers until he feels like it and sometimes he does even take my calls and has his assistant tell me to call later because he has too many cases at the moment. Why take my case if youre going to have too many cases to handle? He never bothers to answer my questions either so, I am going to take action and get a better attorney. One that can actually help me with my case. Hes also very rude and has a bad mannerism when speaking, I recently called him and he said, You know what call me later Im too busy to deal with your case. Too busy? Really? Then why accept my case when youre always going to be too busy to even help me, he answers no questions and is no help at all. I would never recommend this attorney, do yourself a favor and go look for a better attorney. Trust me.
