I cannot say enough good things about Sargent Law Firm! All the staff here are extremely professional and what I appreciated most was how they treated their clients with kindness. From day one to the last day of my case, they made sure to keep me updated, informed, and educated on what to expect from my case. Ryan Pickett was my attorney and he went above and beyond! He was always there to answer questions, never had to wait for a response from him, and most importantly he took the time to really explain things. He showed sympathy and was empathic to my case knowing that I was in so much pain from my accident. I never had to wait for medical care because Ryan would make sure it was scheduled right away. I have recently finished my settlement for an accident at which I was stopped at a stop sign and was rear-ended by another vehicle. The other driver was not insured and I had sustained a TBI. My insurance company did not want to cover hardly any of the costs associated. Their initial offer was $500 plus up to $1500 in medical expenses. As the other driver was a young kid who made a relatively small mistake I wanted to make sure that if I pursued further compensation from my insurance company that he wouldnt be sought after for the larger amount and thus ruining his chances at financial success so early in his life. I contacted Sargent Law Firm and expressed my interests and concerns. They were extremely responsive and ensured me that if they believed at any moment this would severely impact the other driver they would let me know and we could drop the case if needed. They followed up with me during my medical treatment and provided me with services that were willing to postpone payment until the case was finalized, which meant no out of pocket expenses from me.I felt that over the 2 years that the case took, I always had an easy way to contact them and receive updates back and forth. They cared about my well-being and peace of mind more than just a quick buck. In the end they were able to negotiate the full amount of my policy coverage, far more than my net zero, $500 payment after my $500 deductible. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an honest lawyer whose values out weigh the financial figures.

Law lawyer... what money can do, picture this:Accident, one car totaled (minivan) no injuries, no complain, other car minor tiny scratches (big USPS truck), and said has concussion, headache, muscles pain etc etc etc.... hellouuuu?? I know got his chance to get money. There is no honest people, I forgot lawyers are on the side of the money and represent the bad. But karma I be alive in karma ......
