We contacted Sargents Law Firm because of an auto accident, I was very surprised when my phone rang less than 5 mins of me contacting intake. Alfonso was at the Company Christmas party but took the time to step away and advise me on the steps I should take next. Although my case could not be managed by them Alfonso spent time explaining what would happen next and the steps we should take. I was even more impressed when my phone rang 3 weeks after the accident and it was Alfonso just asking how we were doing, and again gave me additional steps we should take. Sargent Law Firm has been helping me and my wife for the last year and a half after we were rear ended by a Drunk Driver. I met with the Owner Ryan Sargent at his office in Coeur dAlene and was very impressed. He is very straight forward and honest and after talking with him, I felt confident that he would work hard for my wife and I and that we were in excellent hands. From the beginning, Alfonso helps you with all of the information they will need to get your case moving along and they take care of everything on the legal and paperwork side. This enables you to just focus on treatment and healing from your injuries. Tarik, and Yammses are also great at keeping you up to date on everything going on along the way. Ryan Sargent also calls to check up and see how you are doing as well as fill you in on any latest news with the doctors and Insurance companies involved. This is above and beyond because most Attorneys never take the time to do this themselves! My wife and I were in a similar accident 10 years ago on Interstate 90 and at that time we hired Craig Swapp & Associates. I had a very poor experience with Sargent Firm, nearly a year and a half of dealing with them to come out with almost nothing. I selected them to handle my Mothers car accident injury case. My mother was injured and sustained life-long permanent damage. Communication is non-existent, all follow-up was initiated by myself. Their lawyers dont advocate for your, or for a better settlement, rather we got this It is what it is response by Vanessa. The settlement was taken by them and their partnered medical team (by design) and left us with nothing. I cannot recommend and suggest finding someone else.

His professionalism and experience played a major part in settling a complicated case.My dad was visiting me from India, he became a victim of pedestrian accident of an under-insured driver. He required a surgery which was quoted at a high price. He suggested a few surgeons who gave me a few quotes and asked me to chose from. He made it so simple, he called the docs office and booked appointments on my behalf.In the end, i chose a doctor who was not in Ryans list and Ryan was ready to work with him.Ryan promptly inquired about my dads health and spoke with my dad several times amidst his busy schedule. The Sargent Firm helped me sooo much!!!! In the beginning, Allison handled my case and kept me informed the whole time. She told me exactly what would be expected of me, and called and emailed me routinely to fill me in on what I needed to do next. She set up all of my doctors (I chose to go through doctors through the firm) and they took such good care of me!!! I went through six months of doctors appointments and while waiting to get results back Allison did heavy negotiating for me. I was in a car accident where a drunk lady hit me and ran. I followed this lady while calling 911. Ended up there were 6 other 911 calls on this lady. It was a traumatic experience with the lady resisting arrest, screaming and yelling profanities and 9 police vehicles on the scene. Honestly one of the best lawyers I have come to know, in June of 2016 I was in one of my worst motorcycle accidents. The man who pulled out in front of me had little coverage, my case was complicated because of the coverage we both had, the extent of my injuries and the fact the driver was at 100% fault. I went through 3 law firms denying my case but Ryan took my case and not only helped me get what I needed to cover my injuries but some to make sure I was taken care of. Jared was always able to explain things to me so that I understood what was going on and what to expect. He was responsive to my phone calls. He could calm me down when I was freaking out. He was easy to talk to and friendly. Occasionally, he wouldnt get messages that I left with the administrative assistant. I dont think that was a Jared problem though. Using Docu Sign was a great perk. Since my car was totaled, I couldnt get to his office but using Docu Sign was great.
