Defense Attorney John Murray took my case against the San Bernardino Driver Safety Office and worked tirelessly until I got my drivers’ license back. Everything seemed hopeless for me, snd I called him and he took up my case. He helped me go through all the paperwork required from me. He worked tirelessly, to get me a hearing with the San Bernardino Driver Safety Office. He was there with me throughout the hearing process. He did not only secure for me, a Special Driving Permit before taking the Drive Test, but because of his expertise the San Bernardino Driver Safety Office forewent the DMV Written Test. In that hearing he was able to get me 6 months grace period to polish up on my driving skills before taking the Drive Test. He has great communication, and he is excellent on feedback and updates. I had the pleasure of being represented by John Murray. I was charged with a DUI in Lake Arrowhead Village, while I was sitting in my car on the phone in park. My car was on, but the only reason the officer approached was because he saw that my brake lights were on, which then led to him noticing I had expired tags. In April 2020, during the early onset of Covid, my son was arrested and was looking at doing 12-20 years if convicted. This review is coming from a commercial driver viewpoint especially if you get a DUI. John Murray is a good Criminal defense attorney out of Rancho Cucamonga.I have had Lawyer before and I know from experience of what I’m saying. In July 2021 I was suspected of a DUI and as a commercial driver we are held at a higher standard for driving. For a commercial driver you could only blew a 0.04% not like your normal C class driver which is at 0.08%. Apparently I was twice above the limit probably even more than that. The DMV is very strict on commercial drivers and I was at a point where I was risking my commercial license which is very important to me so when I found John Murray he was very knowledgeable with this field I felt confident that he will definitely help me out. At the DMV hearing he was able to not get my license suspended on a technicality that he found. So I can continue having my commercial license. It was probably enough to where the Da did not file or dropped the chargers. So if you’re a commercial driver or not I recommend John Murray.

I contacted John in regards to a problem I had . I’m a business owner and I had a lot to loose . Me and my wife got into a domestic violence however, they were charging me for false imprisonment which it is a felony . I was out on bail worried about my life and career . When i first contacted criminal defense attorney John Murray in January 2017, regarding my first and only offense (petty theft/misdemeanor in West Covina County) I was a mess!! I was terrified that I would never again be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and that my life was ruined!
