In 5 years of being a client I only saw Steven Riley once when I signed up. It was also very difficult to see his paralegal Jessica. The only saving grace is the receptionist who was very helpful and nice. It was actually a problem with communication between me and the company who handled my workmans comp case as they couldnt talk to me directly and neither could the doctors.

I initially called the office outside of business hours. Rather than leaving a message I was prompted to send an email instead, which I did. I was able to contact Redding Law Offices easily after that, and they even remembered the information I had sent them, helping me greatly when we finally made contact.It is important to note that Redding Law Offices was the first office that I was actually able to successfully contact. Quite often here in Redding people fail to update information and move on without a word. Thankfully, in this case, everyone in the office was really nice, and went out of their way to help me.

When I called the law office to see about a free consultation they were flexible to my schedule. They took a little information over the phone and when I arrived at the office they were very polite and caring to my situation. Whether I am talking with Steven Riley in person or on the phone I know he has my best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend the Redding Law office to a friend.

Caring, understanding. They tell you how it is, no sugar coating. Highly recommend. I chose this firm because of the name, My shepherd is named Riley, I knew they would be a good fit for me.
