I was VERY unhappy with my case outcome .Never did i meet him in person, every bit of my information that i received from them was in-accurate. He was from out of town so i did all the foot work collected police reports, any information or proof of evidence, pictures. i took, which wasnt much because i was in the hospital with a broken back and 3 broken ribs. And sent him what information he needed. Plus more. He never got ahold of me i always had to call and ask what was going on. So NO i would not recommended him nor would i hire him again .

Bergener Mirejovsky is a firm whose clients include repeat insurance fraud offenders. Recently, a Hispanic Male with multiple prior injuries was driving 580 waiting to brake-check an unlucky driver. The preinjured man slams on his brakes in his large SUV (with no reason except a payday) and the innocent driver in a small Toyota slams on his breaks and slides into the rear bumper of the SUV. The drivers exchange information and the con-man is walking around fine and even tells a Peace officer that he needs no medical attention...Well, a week later SUV man DOES THE SAME BREAK CHECK ON YET ANOTHER UNSUSPECTING MOTORIST! After Bergener Mirejovsky happily accept this lawsuit, then they send him to the doctors with whom they have rapport with. the doctors arent on the payroll of the firm, but they might as well be. SUV man has had several previous injuries, but that doesnt stop the doctors from claiming that these two accidents which he caused has reignited the pain in those previous injuries and aside from his hospital visit the drivers are supposed to pay for a general hospital a visit, to see a specialist, an MRI, physical therapy, yet another specialist, a pain Diagnostic and treatment center, and soon to be determined lost wages/ future medical specialist/ and general damages! All he wants in return is the full value of the insurance deductible from both parties for bodily injuries. the unfortunate thing, which the firm is aware of, it cost insurance companies too much money to investigate the matter further, hence its cheaper for them to pay out the max allowable amount to the guy that brake checked too innocent cars in his SUV no less than a week apart. Now doesnt that feel like it should be illegal? This firm is nothing but glorified ambulance Chasers looking to earn a nice return for the firm and the client. I suppose the lesson we learned here is that although you may have insurance it really doesnt matter with so many con men on the road looking to make quick money and firms like the one I mentioned to make sure that they tell the right story to receive a max payout.
