I owed about 38K, called a few places and most quoted me 3500+ to handle my case. TRP did it for 2100, resolved it fast, took off my garnishment, and i ended up settling for $1450. one thing i especially liked is that when i called in they dont try to sales pitch you. they just tell you what they think they can do and give you a realistic outlook. one thing i did not know is that if you make over 40K and are single, most likely a settlement is out of the question. it took a lot of back and forth to get my settlement through and trp did it, but beware of people selling easy settlements.
