I received his information through LegalEase and left a vm to schedule a consultation. He called me from a Mountain View number shortly after and I had difficulty understanding him as he was rushing on the phone asking me who I was and what I needed. I can now understand some of the other comments about him being unhelpful/unsupportive. He got my info and a general idea of my request and stated he was not the right person all within 1 minute (checked phone record). I cannot speak to his legal abilities, but as a person, I would not recommend based on my experience. There are plenty of people who are decent AND good at their jobs.

I contacted Justin through LegalEASEs recommendation, and he helped me write the demand letter and file a claim. Ultimately, I successfully received a refund from the company. Highly recommended!

It doesnt seem he has good reputation. It seems he would manipulate the facts and try to get the result his client wants. The Lawyer bar association probably should look into his practice. His website lists all kinds of service, a bit crazy.

He didn’t give me any supportive advice after I paid the consultation fee. He repeatedly said my case would not succeed no matter what I do, which made me extremely anxious and frustrated. (And my case finally succeeded.) I was not paying for your discouragement. Please please stay away from this firm. They will never treat you as a client.

Unfortunately, he was not able to answer my questions. In addition, he made an odd assumptions about my legal status, and shared it with me 🤦🏻‍♀️
