I did some research and found Victory Tax Lawyers to help me settle an old outstanding issue with the IRS. My first priority was Integrity, followed closely by competence. I found both with Victory Tax. From day one, my agent listened to my situation, established contact with the IRS and then followed through with the actions that I needed to take to reach a settlement. He truly made it quite easy and uncomplicated. I now have monthly payments which I can afford and no further worries from the IRS as long as I stick with the plan. Victory Tax LawyersMaking some poor decisions concerning my taxes had brought me to the point where I knew I was going to need help cleaning up the mess I had made over the past several years.Fortunately I had flown under the radar and had decided to be proactive in getting these issues resolved before the IRS and State began their process of collecting. I knew I was going to need help and had reached out to several tax relief companies to research and get consultation about my problems. Most of the companies that I had contacted were only about the money and the negative consequences of what had happened. No other company was able to lay out a good plan on how I could get these issues resolved.In researching I came across Victory Tax Lawyers.Parham with Victory Tax Lawyers explained to me the difference between their firm and other firms that do the same work. He laid out a plan of action and gave me an upfront cost. I owed a lot of money to the IRS and felt like I had no way out. I was scared and did not what to do. I looked online and found different tax firms. I spoke with a few and ultimately decided to go with Victory Tax Lawyers. The main reason being that they were an actual law firm. My free consult was with an attorney, who was very knowledgeable and already knew what the issue was. Their office was extremely nice and told me about how they could help me reduce my tax debt or possibly make it disappear altogether. I was a bit nervous at first even though I read good reviews online, I was not sure if they could help. In the end, Victory Tax Lawyers exceeded my expectations. Dealing with tax issues is something that is very nerve wracking. We were looking to resolve some tax debt issues, and I contacted Victory Tax Lawyers as well as another company. The other company was going to charge me double the rate and told me that there was going to be no problem. I called Victory Tax Lawyers because I liked that they were all lawyers and not sales people. Their rate was 1/2 the price of the other company, and Parham let me know what would be feasible and ultimately gave me the information that I could talk to the IRS myself and the exact wording to use. I contacted Victory Tax Lawyers from a gas station. I was trying to fill my tank and my card got declined. That’s when I found out that there was a levy on my bank account. I had no funds available and the IRS was unwilling to release the levy, not even to fill my tank to get to work. So, I needed a tax attorney and I called Victory Tax. Best decision I made!They heard me out and let me vent. I was upset and scared. Then, they told me exactly what the next steps were and how they were going to get me out of this mess. I rarely write reviews. Unlike other firms that all only about the bottom line and retaining cases, Parham and his team do care about the clients. He actually deterred me from retaining him because I did not need it. He provided me with not only one consultation but two consultations both times deterring me from retaining his services. If that is not an honest law firm particularly when there is a huge financial incentive, I dont know what is. Him and his team will not be forgotten. I now know who I can keep in my go to list if I do need them in the future. They are a class act.

I came to Victory Tax Lawyers with 6 years of unfiled tax returns and a bill of over $100,000 in back taxes. It seemed like I was going to owe the IRS forever. Filing taxes has never been on my list of favorite things to do. So, over the years I kept putting it off. I would think about it every day and it filled me with anxiety and guilt. • Amazing experience and outcome!! I dont normally write reviews, but this time I had to. I had buried my head in the sand for a few years, and continued to accumulate thousands of dollars in back taxes. Like $78,000! I was told, by more than one tax resolution center, that I would have to pay the IRS somewhere around $550 to $700 per month! NO WAY I could do that! I was thinking I may even have to take another job to pay them off! I was frozen with fear. But, I did my research and, after reading some great reviews and an A+ BBB rating, I reached out to victory Tax Lawyers. I spoke to Parham, who was really great! He was understanding and explained things well. I was embarrassed by my neglect of paying back taxes, but he put me at ease as I felt no judgement from him at all. However, when he told me he thought he could get my payments down to around $200 to $250 per month, I honestly was a little skeptical. But, after speaking to him and the way he explained they are able to work with the IRS - and the great reviews I had read - I decided to go with them. And man, am I glad I did! Just a couple of months after signing up with them I received a letter from the IRS stating that my payments would be $168 per month; and my total debt had been cut in half (will actually be around $14K total; after seven years my payments will be complete). I literally cried!! Game changer!! I can now breath. I was served a notice that my home would have a lean and further sanctions would happen of I didnt pay a full restitution soon. I didnt owe all that the IRS stated. I chose Victory Tax Lawyers based on their customers reviews. The big companies wanted to promise lower costs, but their reviews didnt support what they were offering.
